Had an early dinner and dined in on a Saturday. The waiter was very friendly and knew the specials and entire menu very well. Started with the "Semprenada" of the day which was sausage, broccli rabe, and mozzerla and was not disappointed. Moved on to the Pyro Pork sandwich on Texas Toast which was good as well. The frys were up my alley, thin with the skin and the corn had some tasty seasoning. Washed it down with Stiener Bocknon tap. Want to go back to try the Jughead next.

This establishment still charges more for credit cards. Businesses need their expenses on a credit card statement. They don't want to collect paper receipts for shoe box. Won't be back until the Covid instituted cash grab ends.

Best barbeque around! The brisket is moist and you can tell a lot of care and attention is put towards making such great food. I am a huge fan of the pastrami as well. Great sides. And John is the kindest guy around. Hope they remain a staple in the neighborhood for decades to come.

Amazing place and great food ! Moved here to NY from Fort Worth Texas and for sure this place is dang the closer to Texas BBQ you could find. The owner is awesome and very kind, makes you feel that southern hospitality

I ordered the pastrami sandwich multiple times via delivery. The first time, it was very delicious and had good portions. The second time, the portion was very small and not as fresh. The third time the meat was undercooked and very small portions. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately the taste is not consistent and very expensive for what you get.

Where do I begin with this place. Honestly I have no critiques about their food. It is homemade, no frills, down and dirty, all-american barbeque. The ribs are fall off the bone, pull pork is rich and flavorful and don't get me started on the brisket. Nothing but high praises from me.

Homerun everytime!
This is my 4th time at Sempre Fame, and each time the food and service has been excellent. I ordered the brisket mac & cheese & bacon stuffed wrap, I ordered mines without the bacon but it was still extremely delicious, the brisket was so flavorful, also got fries, smoked wings (spicy bbq) sweet mashed yams and coleslaw. All the sides were good but the yams and fries were perfect. Also I took a picture of the hand wipe just because I appreciate that they consider that customers want to sanitize their hands first before they eat.
I want to shoutout the staff for great service, and special shout out to John, he hooked me and my wife up with homemade bbq sauce and a sempre fame shirt for free as a new years gift. Sempre Fame staff are so welcoming and they make us so comfortable with dining in.
God Bless Sempre and the staff and may you guys continue to have a very prosperous business.
Parking: There's 1hr metered parking but for this visit we went on a sun and did not pay for the meter.
