Staff was helpful and there was a kiosk to order from. We had a specialty order to remove sauces for a large group, and everything was correct! Which seems rare nowadays.

This store is brand new. They have several touch screens for you to order off of, presumably because staff no longer wants to interact with with customers. 2 of the brand new touch screens were not working which caused an unessesary line to form in the heart of lunch

The staff was so rude, they don’t know what they are doing. I asked a worker for spicy ranch and he acted like he didn’t know what that was. The food was absolutely disgusting. I took one bite out of my Crunchwrap and there was no crunch. It was so soggy. The New Hyde Park one is much better please go there.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went there 3 times, the first time, the chalupa was hard as a brick. The second time I went, the food was cold, I tried ordering for my family and every order was wrong. The third time I went, the whole order was wrong and they took forever to talk on the monitor. Never going back. Just go to New Hyde Park.

The worst place ever. I’ve been here 5 times and each time the food gets worse and worse. I asked for a chalupa, and they gave me a Crunchwrap, on top of that the tosada was soggy and the food tasted horrible. Every single time I go here they always get my order wrong. Go to New Hyde Park.

My recent visit to Taco Bell was unfortunately a letdown. The ambiance left much to be desired as the countertops were visibly dirty, and the sauce section looked like it hadn't been attended to in quite some time. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and this aspect was sorely lacking.Now, onto the food itself. Portion sizes were surprisingly small, leaving me unsatisfied. It's disheartening when you're looking forward to a fulfilling meal and end up with less than you'd expect. What added to the frustration was the fact that despite clearly stating my preference to substitute beef for chicken, my order consistently arrived with the wrong protein. This inconsistency in fulfilling customer requests is a significant drawback.Moreover, there were instances where the staff failed to provide a receipt. Having a record of the transaction is not only convenient for customers but also essential for any potential issues or discrepancies that may arise. This lack of attention to detail raises concerns about the overall efficiency and professionalism of the staff.In conclusion, my experience at this Taco Bell fell short of my expectations. Cleanliness, portion sizes, and accuracy in fulfilling orders all contributed to a less-than-pleasant dining experience. I hope these issues are addressed promptly to enhance the overall quality of service at this establishment.

Such a good addition to the neighborhood. Fast service, so far they haven't messed up any of my orders, unlike the one further down Jericho Turnpike. Manager takes orders, fills orders, expedites the to go orders and we saw him sweeping up outside, leading by example. Keep up the good work!

Today Is went to the factory look new taco bell and I asked for the 5 dollar cravings box, but they told me that cost $ 6.99 so I said are you crazy, forget it. I went to the one on New Hyde Park they didn't forge the prices.
