My wife and I decided to try "The Harrison" based on a recommendation from a friend and we were glad we did. The feel of the place is very relaxed and comfortable. When we arrived we were seated promptly and the staff was very nice. They brought us parker rolls which were warm and tasty. We had the Harrison Wings as an appetizer and they were delicious. They have a honey chili pepper glaze which my wife said reminded her of Korean fried chicken. Try them you will not be disappointed!!! We ordered the Turkey Club and the Harrison Burger for our main dishes and both were excellent. We will definitely be back!
Went to Harrison during the week without a reservation. Hostess was very accommodating and we were promptly seated. We were a party of 4. We ordered chicken from the kids menu, the buttermilk fried chicken and the steak frites. Dinner was enjoyed by all. Chris was our waiter and the service was great.
The Food and Service were top notch. Anytime and every time is the best time to go. You'll thank me later! Ooh and they got TVs for my sports enthusiasts.
This place is awesome. Was here last Friday for date night. Steve is da man. He is such a gentleman he made sure everything was kool and smooth. This place got good vibe and Top notch Hospitality very on point. He took care of us and got us a nice table in the back patio with TVs on. Food is yummy everything is so tasty. I wanted to eat everything on the menu but had to hold back so I can come back. Def be back soon. See you soon Steve and da Harrison.
From the first moment we walked in, Steve the manger greeted us like family. The atmosphere was amazing. The restaurant is well kept and has a great vibe. Our server Cathy was excellent, the wait staff was on point. They got the job done. The food was 5 star and every thing we ordered was perfect. We will definitely be coming back to this upbeat, high scale restaurant. Thanks Steve for making our Dining experience nothing short of perfection!
Ordered a Margherita and it terrible. Ordered a Sangria and it was just eh! The steak was over cooked and bland. We ordered cappuccino but they forgot to bring it however they did drop off the check. We did not bother with the cappuccino.
So about a year ago when we first moved to Floral Park we heard about the Harrison. In the beginning it was absolutely great! small cup is 13.99 for a froze? Which I was charged before $10 bigger cup. It's been a couple months since we've ordered from there, we decided to order a couple burgers, brussels sprouts and French fries. Everything was COLD. they told me 30 minutes, I arrived exactly 30 minutes after they told me. The brussels sprouts $10 barely anything in the container but a bunch of chives on top of a few Brussels sprouts. The portion sizes are always different when we ordered. Not sure what's going on there, After Being charged different prices on the same thing handful of times we decided to take a break. $60 for cold food and over priced very small to go drink. It's sad to say we won't be going back for a while.
Wife and I had an excellent experience at At the Harrison. Went for lunch and had to wait for a table. No problem as we decided to sit at the bar for a drink while we wait for a table. Bartender Max was phenomenal. A superb bartender with a truly inherent people-person aptitude. Other customers sitting next to us at the bar said the same thing about the bartender. Our waitress Adrianna was also very friendly and welcoming. Food was good. Can't wait to return.Parking: Parking is located across the street.
While food - Shrimp fra diavolo, Calamari, Steak Frites and Buttered Fried Chicken - was fresh and delicious and the ambience lively, Mr. Max of table 23 on Saturday, 10/22/22, stands out! He not only provided us prompt, courteous and pleasant attentiveness but also cared to run looking for us when he found my bag on the booth seat before I realized that I forgot it. He saved me from unpleasant emotions and worry. I was caught off guard that I was unable to express my appreciation profusely. God bless Mr. Max with a bright, gentle and comfortable life????.
The staff is so friendly and comes around frequently to make sure everything is ok. The food was amazing and tasty. We had a waiter named William he was great and the manager Steven came around checking making sure all the guest were satisfied. The location had parking and a indoor outdoor vibe we sat outside to get the best of the fall before it gets to cold and they even had outdoor heaters. Will definitely be back for another brunch.
Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We had William as our server, he was very kind. Our food was delicious. They started by bringing us fresh made bread which was just delightful. We had the buttermilk waffles (which was a very big portion), salmon which was perfect size but would have been better if there was a little more zest to it, perhaps better to be served with lemon on the side. The side salad was really good too.The outdoor sitting area was gorgeous.Highly recommend this place. Specially for brunch.
I went here for brunch for my mom's birthday. Food was so good we decided to go back for me and my twin sister's birthday. Started a little rocky with the seating but Steve made up for everything! The food was awesome again! Our service was awesome again!! Definitely will make this our new brunch spot!
This place is awesome. The seat are so comfy. The waitresses are so nice. The food taste amazing and the manager Steven makes sure everyone is having a good time.
I love this local restaurant. The manager Steven was able to accommodate a table for me and my puppy. The waitress took good care of us and made sure to bring my puppy some water. I feel like family when I come here. Thank you guys for everything you do !
Yesterday after church, we decided to visit The Harrison for brunch. We had eaten and this restaurant once in the past when it first opened so it was time to visit this establishment again. The only seating available was outside in their patio area. It was inviting and the decor was rustic. There was a DJ playing some good tunes, however, maybe I'm getting old because the music seem pretty loud. Don't get me wrong I love loud music, however, it's hard to have a conversation with music playing so loudly. I opted for two appetizers, the mac & cheese and The Harrison Wings. We also had at our table the spaghetti carbonara which was delicious. The Kobe meatballs was savory and a nice treat. We ordered truffle fries for the entire table, which was a huge hit with everyone at the table. One of the owners came over to say hi and comp our desserts for us. He also owns another restaurant that we frequent and he recognized us. Despite the loud music and dealing with the bees due to being on the patio, we enjoyed the visit to The Harrison.
