The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every guest raved about the delicious steamers, perfectly smoked ribs, juicy chicken, and deliciously seasoned pulled pork. The sides, especially the mac and cheese and coleslaw, were equally impressive and complemented the BBQ perfectly. We hired Ronny for our wedding rehearsal dinner and were absolutely blown away by the food and especially by the amazing service. We had about 75 people, plus kids for the backyard bbq and it rained most of the evening and Ronny helped us handle the weather so smoothly. He had pop up tents for the food and helped us adjust our schedule so people ate when the rain had stopped. The food was amazing!! I have never seen people eat like they did and come back for seconds and thirds. Ronny is very professional and considerate, checking on people, talking to them about how the food is prepared and we never had to worry about a thing. He answered any questions and helped us adjust the menu the week before. We will definitely be using him again for other future events! Highly recommend!!

Ron literally took care of everything and all we had to do was show up! His prices are totally reasonable and he and his team are EXTREMELY kind and professional. The food was to die for. His BBQ was the BEST I’ve ever had in my life, and all of the guests at my party said the same. People are still calling me about how great the food was. I will be calling Big Ron for our next party without hesitation! No need to look anywhere else.

Ron catered a party I had at home to celebrate my bbq loving husbands 50th birthday. The food was amazing! Everything was perfect! He showed up early to get things cooking. His trailer is a show stopper in itself! The price was beyond fair and you would be hard pressed to find better tasting food. Our friends are still talking about it! I can not recommend Ron enough. He and his staff were so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be using him again!
