Went over at 3:10 pm on a Tuesday to buy a cake. Tried to open the door and it was locked with a sign that said lunch break 3:15-4:15. I knocked cause someone was sitting there but they didn’t even look at me. I had to go by one at ShopRite.

This place is for sale. I think I could do a better job. Somebody with a better attitude could draw a lot more business. It's Carvel Ice Cream, so that's the same everywhere.

I came in for two of the exclusive Hocus Pocus shakes. They didn't serve them in the Hocus Pocus cups, they didnt add any of the toppings that were supposed to be in the shake. Meanwhile the cups, spoons and everything were sitting on a shelf. Absolute disappointment this establishment puts shame to the Carvel name.
