The tea I ordered today with just milk definitely had a lot of sugar in it. Every time I go to this DD my Oder is not correct. The wake up wraps were so greasy just egg and cheese I’ve never seen that before from any other DD. The previous time at this location my coffee tasted like tea and coffee. It was disgusting. Staff does not have a clue to what’s going on. The drive thru takes forever bc cars in front of you look like they have a problem with their order. I have to remember not to use this DD again. It’s a waste of money. They need competent employees that can get an order right and can smile and be pleasant to customers.

I normally like this Dunkin’, but lately I’ve been really disappointed — and this last visit was just frustrating. I placed my order on the app and went through the drive-thru, only to be told they were out of the donuts I ordered. I said no problem, just refund me, but they insisted they couldn’t because it was an app order. I explained it can be done (since it has before), but they got rude and said it was “above their pay grade.” They called the supervisor on the phone, and she confirmed it can be done. The woman at the window was still nasty, and to top it off, the drinks were awful.

Celina- the attendant at the drive through has one of the biggest unwarranted attitudes I’ve ever experienced. She’s rude, condescending, and someone who lacks interpersonal skills on that level shouldn’t be interscting with the public. I’ll now avoid this dunkin at all costs.

I usely go to Dunkins. This one specifically, the I tried was avacado toast and came with egg but I told the person to give me with scrambled eggs. I did not like the taste at all.

For some reason, the espresso machine is always broken after 930pm
After waiting for almost 30 minutes, we were given our order incorrectly twice and then told we weren't allowed a refund. Absurd. Someone needed to be called to get our money back. POORLY

What else is there to say other than it is a Dunkin donuts, All of their food is frozen. For some reason this location takes the longest even though they seem to have one of the better staffed locations half the time. The iced coffees and cold brews are not mixed and you have to ask them to remix it

Asked for a mango refresher and got green tea. Employee poured out drink and filled it up with green tea again. Food was also dropped on the floor then picked up and still given to me. Most disgusting restaurant ever. Horrible service, do not recommend at all!!
