As you guys know I am not one to rate any place unless is horrible or great. Jayne Street Distilling Co. deserves not only to be rated but to be among the best places I ever been to. The atmosphere, drinks and service by the staff is superb. My server( name withheld) was not only grat but very informative on the fabrication of their signature spirits. If you ate in town Florida, NY visit them you won't regret it.

Pretty nice place. Hung outside listened to some music. Atmosphere is nice. Staff is friendly. Drinks are unique. One downside drinks are pricey.

The area has sorely been missing a great cocktail bar and boy has Jayne Street Distilling delivered. Imaginative, fresh cocktails in a really cool space. High recommend checking them out. My only complaint is I wish they were open during the week -- I'd love to come more often.

Really nice, classy cocktail bar with all homemade ingredients: spirits, cocktail cherries, syrups, whipped cream, and more are all made on premises by a very knowledgeable and passionate owner. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Great addition to Florida. My only worry is that in a few months it will be so packed with people that I won’t be able to get in anymore!
