Wonderful place with the most beautiful sunset views! The sangria was out of this world. We came with a dog and a crying baby - and they could not have been more understanding and made sure we felt welcome. Highly recommend if you are in the Cooperstown area.

Quaint little winery. Our server, Deb was great. She was very knowledgeable about the wine. The outdoor seating was quite beautiful and relaxing and We really enjoyed a glass of La cresent. Quite delicious!!! We will be back.

Pail Shop never disappoints! Tucked near Fly Creek Cider Mill, it’s the perfect spot to escape the crowds and enjoy delicious wine with a scenic view. The red sangria is my personal favorite—great to sip there or take home! They also offer a charcuterie board if you’re feeling hungry and the staff is wonderful.
I’ve heard they host live music by the pond in the summer, which sounds like a perfect way to spend an afternoon. The views in the fall are lovely as well when everything is in color! Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in town!

We just left Pail Shop and our server was so sweet. She was pleasant to everyone and was attentive. She was the only person working and was able to manage the customers as well as cleaning up. What a quaint winery - loved our tasting and the 10,000 white wine. If we ever come back up this way, we will surely visit again. Thanks for a great experience!

Our hands down favorite place to frequent in the Catskills. All of the staff is beyond helpful, personable. They love our sweet dogs, always bring them water. I can easily cruise through a case of the Marquette and their white sangria is our FAVORITE. My hubby love the 1805. Dogs love the atmosphere as much as we do.
