We had friends in town for induction weekend, and wanted a spot that could seat us without huge crowds and where we could hear ourselves talk. We loved the Buzz and had a delicious and special time with friends! Food was great! Service was wonderful. Thanks for a special night out “The Buzz”!

When we walked in we were immediately met with a delicious aroma and a speakeasy type of vibe. We all enjoyed our drinks and the atmosphere The Buzz had to offer. This place is 100% worth the visit. If you haven’t been here yet definitely check it out! Service was awesome!

Absolutely delicious. The attention to detail of every part of the meal is so impressive. The meal, drinks, and dessert is over the top good. Even the ice cream is unique and handmade- we had the peanut butter and chocolate cereal with Reese’s puffs on top and it was so delicious. We will definitely be back !

Visited Cooperstown and found this gem of a place. Must have the short beef ragu…al dente pasta with the soft moist short rib…not saucy, just a light touch of herbs and butter. The spinach pea shoot salad and Mediterranean platter to start combination of salty and sweet, whetting the appetite. Erik created the perfect Friday nite ambiance in Fly Creek. Must try restaurant if you are looking to dine outside Cooperstown!

First visit VERY early, pre- opening. The food was so amazing, my wife actually said she "haven't had anything that new and delicious in a while. Portions were perfect as was the presentation. Great Flan desert as well. We'll be back!

Our dinner was incredible. The chef hand crafts everything, from the sauces to the ice cream, making this restaurant stand out from other local establishments. Our parties favorite was the Mac and Cheese. Other dishes we loved were the ribeye, lobster pasta, and the short rib. Their peaceful atmosphere complemented our wishes for a relaxing candle light dinner.
