Tabitha has no idea what she’s doing. Had a long line of 5-6 people then didn’t know how to read prices on her screen and my daughter was given false price information.

Customer service is definitely lacking I've ordered pizza over the phone from them and when I got there they hadn't even started and they act like they don't care

Went in for a root beer float, was charged for the float, as well as the bottle of root beer, which is not how any other Stewart’s has done it. The cost of the root beer has always been included in the price of the float. When I asked the manager (Melissa) why she had rung it up like that, she became very rude to me, very demeaning. It was absolutely unacceptable. Regardless of whether what she said was true, that this is how Stewart’s has told her to do it, there is no excuse to be rude to customers like that. Bad days are also no excuse for that behavior.

Usually all the Stewart's have friendly staff. This one is not one of them. They don't say good morning or thank you. Not even a smile. I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. They have to improve a lot. Hopefully next time I go back I can change this review.

Stocking plenty of everyday necessities, and packaged/processed foodstuffs. Fresh coffee and hot water for tea. Freezer storing bags of ice. Bulletin board filled with local events and advertisements. About three booths, divided by plexiglass. Bench out front and clean bathroom. Friendly cashier. In March 2023, Larry Sharpe stopped here after recording campaign videos nearby.

I have been to this stewart’s many times and never had an issue. If anything i’ve always been treated with kindness as you should as a customer. However, this time was much different. The girl taking care of us (Mellisa) was extremely rude every step of the way, gave us dirty looks, and treated us like we were d*** while telling us they didn’t sell things that were on the menu. I would understand a little bit of an attitude (maybe) or something if they were super busy due to stress but we were literally the only ones in there. I have never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome at a place before like this in my life. I’ve worked in various customer facing roles before and the bare minimum that you can do is to treat people kindly so it was just shocking to have an experience quite like this one.
