“I have stopped here for lunch numerous times and the food is always great! The poutine is fantastic! Unfortunately, it was extremely busy and I think most of the servers seemed overwhelmed. They all seemed experienced, just busy! Our meals took longer than usual and weren’t as hot as they should have been. Don’t sit next to the servers station or in the main isle. Some of the servers really slam dishes in the bins, it’s obnoxious, and people are constantly walking by. You can’t go wrong with anything from the bakery and it may be worth waiting 30mins-1hr if they are crazy busy! You’ll have a better experience when people aren’t rushing around in such a small space.”

I also ordered a Bloody Mary to sip on while we were waiting for the food. The staff was friendly, the place very clean & welcoming, and the food/drink was phenomenal!! Hidden Jewel here!!”

“There are 4 Timmy Ho's on RT 60 between Dunkirk and Jamestown. This is the best of the lot. The staff are generally much friendlier, and the food and drinks are always out promptly. In fact, I'll go so far as to say that it's the best out of any in WNY. Having been to so many Timmy Ho's from Buffalo to Canada, I can tell you there's only three things that really matter for this review: Getting the food right every time; Friendliness; and Speed. Cassadaga location gets all three right everytime.”

“Friendly customer service, great portions. Good prices. Appreciated the variety of free toppings. The Chicken Cordon bleu sub was awesome; generous amounts of meats, cheeses, and veg. My girlfriend loved the Greek Salad which was also great portion. We even tried some Mac Salad and that hit the spot as well. Will definitely be coming back to try their Pierogi!

“I go through the drive through every morning. I order the same thing every morning. This morning I ordered 2 pumpkin spice muffins as usual and I got hot chocolate muffins instead. The service is always good, the staff is always friendly. I am always happy with the food too, except this morning”

“Stopped in by chance looking for somewhere on a Sunday. The roast beef sandwich special was good. A little salty for my taste but still got devoured. The blueberry wheat ale, good. Our server made the place great...Devin was friendly, not overbearing and patient. She had to put up with me, that says a LOT. She always had a smile and great attitud. Do I recommend this place to anyone in the area? Definitely. Nice place, good food, great staff at a decent price.”

“Long drive-thru wait, but always freshly made, especially the potato cakes! It seems I never get the correct packets tho, which is odd. Perhaps, they cannot hear with their headphones on. Wish they would give the drink tho while you wait on the food, it would make the long wait better, especially if you are asked to move up!

Parking: The parking is on the right side only a you drive in, but if cars are asked to move out of drive thru two wait on order, it becomes tight.”
