This Fort Ann Duncan is extremely busy. The wait is long. The employees were working very hard to try and keep up. I hope they get paid well. The drive through didn't look any faster than inside. Maybe because there is not a lot of competition there. Still good coffee.

Overall not impressed. I've been going here since they opened and lately it has been going downhill so fast. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes on Saturday, if I wouldn't have done a mobile order I would have just left because of how ridiculous the wait was, the car behind me actually did leave. It's been like that almost every time I've gone recently, and they keep messing up orders. Today for instance my coffee had no vanilla in it. On Saturday my coffee was burnt which doesn't even make sense, if they're that busy the coffee should be fresh. None of the workers care about their job. The prices keep going up while the quality is going down. Might have to start going down the road to the other dunkin instead.

No bathroom, but not dirty. We asked for only a bit of half and half and the worker asked if we meant creamer. When we received our coffee, there was quite a bit of cream in it. donut was fine. Overall very underwhelming.

Stopped through drive through, when asked what we wanted. 2 frozen pecan coffees and an order of the snacking bacon we were met with a loud sigh following the total. We drove up waited 10 minutes and in that time frame 2 different employees came up to the window where we had to tell them the order 4 different times until they finally got it. The attitude and the fact that no one was attentive and moved with no urgency. Had they been busy I would have been much more understanding but the sigh alone was uncalled for.
Sugar all over the bottom of the cup. No bathroom. No trash cans in lot.

Purchased a cappuccino…. very little coffee, and milk was all froth. Definitely not worth $4.59! Even was charged $2 for a cup of ice water! Have yet to hear from owner about my overpriced beverages!
