Store was very poorly run. Kiosk was the only ordering option, and the staff would not help customers unless forced. Had to remind server we were missing our order after multiple other orders were served.

Waited in the Drive-Thru line behind one vehicle for over 20 minutes was taking so long that I went inside and the girl couldn't figure out how to cash out a regular coffee! It was a complete joke to say the least and I hope the staff does better in the future

My experience was great with the guy that took my order he was just perfect. Except I don't understand why they don't let people use the bathroom because sometimes you want to go to use the bathroom and on your way out of the bathroom you're going to want to order something so that should be taken into consideration and it has nothing to do with the guy that took the order that's my own personal opinion.

Facility does not offer ADA accommodations or restrooms to the public.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is not ADA friendly. Not enough space for those with limited mobility to open the door, especially if chair confined. Staff is not willing to help or assist with ADA needs.

Went inside to place order… we were completely ignored by the staff. There were other people ahead of us that hadn’t been waited on for 5 minutes. I work in customer service and that was completely unacceptable. Then they didn’t give us our full order and then ignored us again.
