I stopped going there several months ago because the breakfast sandwich I order was always served cold and the bacon was always undercooked. I visit other DD in NY where they get it right every time. It's disappointing because the Fort Ann location was convenient.

didn't get sprinkles on donuts, hash browns were cold over all I wasn't happy they didn't offer they donut I wanted . The donuts was hard

After taking my order in the drive thru I waited behind 2 other cars for ten minutes to get a coffee. I ended up driving away while the other 2 cars waited. This is the second time I've left without getting my order from the drive thru due to the wait.

Normally good, but today my sandwich tasted like chlorine or bleach, like they just cleaned the counters but used too strong a solution. It was inedible.
