Food was fine but we did have to wait way too long. They had very few customers but staff seemed to be very busy. I'm sure they were short staffed like every where these days. My complaint isn't about that though. We are Canadaian, down to visit friends for the night in Carthage. I want to treat a couple of my girl friend s to lunch and had no US cash. It was very disappointing to see that they wouldn't accept any Canadian cards. DEBIT OR CREDIT!!! Maybe at the most 25 miles from the border!!! That's pretty sad. Welcome Canadians.!!! WHAT A JOKE..No wonder the tourist numbers are down.. 😔

Dear Arby's owner, Half the menu is out. Someone needs to do better with ordering. You make enough money off this location to afford product to be fully stocked. Service is extremely slow. I left a review previously. It wouldn't allow me to update it. 20 minute wait for a chicken tender wrap and fries. No other cars. Fries were old and cold. You are located on a military base. Our men and women in uniform deserve so much better. You need to do better or Aafes needs to bring in another chain that can function properly. Your rating is extremely low and there's lots of complaints. This should be taken seriously. Instead of poor reviews people will start going to official channels. Don't think for a minute you can't be replaced. Please do better. I personally will not be back until it's under new ownership, management or replaced by another fast food company.

Went through drive thru and got charged extra for things that weren’t wanted. And after mentioning it, was met with rudeness and attitude by the woman in drive thru, who also had something to say as we were driving off. Will definitely drive out to rt. 11 Arby’s from now on.
Worst place to get anything at if you’re on a time crunch . Their drive through line average wait time is 15-20 min on good day . Employees are also the rudest people you will ever meet
