Not sure why so many commercials on tv, but Arby's is nothing special. Never had a great meal there in over 35yrs. Gave it another shot (last time was over 10yrs ago) and prob won't go back. No wonder the place is always empty. LolI guess that's why it's so clean there. And the sides are a joke(jalapeno poppers, crinkle fries), they are Dollar store qualityOnly went because my daughter wanted to go.

The time it took to order and get through the drive through was ridiculous. In total there were only three vehicles in line and I was the second one. The car that was ahead of me had been sitting at the window before I even came up. But then proceeded to sit there almost another 10 minutes. I just don't understand why it took so long especially sense there was only 1 truck parked infront of the building for people to go in.

They closed the lobby once because they wanted just the drive through to be open for convenience. The line in the drive though was 30 cars long ?.

I’ve been in the drive thru line for 40 minutes and ain’t move at all !!!!! My lunch only 60 minutes … I go inside and it’s even longer y’all need to hire more people!!!!!
