Charleys Cheesesteaks

The amount of complaining dependapotamus ahh people are insane, they are expecting a fast food cheese steak chain to be some damn 5 star level establishment.. the food is fantastic i love the bacon 3 cheese, absolutely fantastic sandwich, but holy crap do you people need to realize that this establishment is ran by yall civilians who leech off of your service member.. if you wanna complain about people who are working because their spouses are to broke cover their living because the service member blows their deployment money and bah on a new clapped out scat pack rather then save money for the family then womp womp go get a job their yourself and change it fn, have a wonderful day and charley’s love what your doing, absolutely fantastic food, i will say yall should put out a mass company notice to make the loaded fries more well loaded, come on your a multimillionaire, are you reaaaaally gunna loose that much🤌🏼

I watched the cashier switched attitude and presentation once I walked up infront of her after she took a soldiers order before me. Blonde, blue eyes and butterfly tattoo on her arm. She was flirty and welcoming with him but very gross and rude to me. As I walked through the line to proceed to watch my food being made more soldiers came up to her and her attitude was changed again. Very flirty and welcoming. Yeah, terrible customer service. And once she took their orders, I watched her make my fries DISGUSTINGLY. I ordered the ultimate fries and watched her give me the BARE MINIMUM. Yeah, embarrassing. I'd take action with that type of customer and food service.

Send in the National Guard Part 3I normally goto the Charleys located by the malls or in and around NYC. This location was actually good and I liked how they’re using legitimate bacon and it was crispy, not that soggy High School bacon. I guess I can say the loaded fries portion were pretty small. No other complaints, staff was pretty cool.

Don’t waste your money here because it’s not like the rest of the Charley’s out there. This is the first Charley’s that my family and I went to that don’t do free refills on the drinks and everything is small portion with the food.

One of the worst experiences of any Charleys ever. Pari, Derrick, Drew were messing up every single order and slowed up everything for a good 40 minutes. Whoever was working on the cash register with them had to sort them out and get everything situated for them.

The line took a while to get through which I figured it would with it being a Saturday and around lunch time. The guy on the grill wasn't paying attention to the order of the sandwiches and skipped over mine he than left it on the grill too long and burnt the chicken. The store was also very dirty up front with them only being open for a couple hours.

First time trip for my family. We’re staying in a hotel for a extended period so takeout is the only option since we just moved here. We love Charley’s but today just wasn’t a good day. A girl from Qdoba ran the register and from the start she was not happy to be there. Not only did she work at such a slow pace, she’s rude! She asked my husband what he wanted and then immediately walked off to worry about another employee. Finally after a few minutes or so we order and then we wait again for the sandwiches to be made. The mystery employee finally comes in after the messy show is just about over between the cook and the cashier and he’s no better. He’s cooking bacon for the wrong order, placing cooked bacon back in with uncooked bacon and just rushing the guy who’s already been there making our food. I wish I had ordered somewhere else but since we love it so much we had high hopes

Excellent and delicious food, I suggest you try this fast food and enjoy its delicious sandwiches.

"Bacon 3 cheese steak" Really tasty food and great staff, though I wish I had of gotten a bigger size since it tasted so good!I normally don't write reviews for fast food. However this place stands out. Staff is the best I have ever experienced at ANY fast food establishment. Restaurant is very clean and neat looking. Maybe the food seems to taste better because of these facts. A great place for a fast meal.
