The ladies at Charlie’s on New Year’s Day are super friendly their names are Ashlynn,Sarah & Caroline are excellent workers and have great customer service thank you all for everything you do

15 to make only one sandwich with no one in line

While I was ordering a sub, I observed one of the workers handling cleaning and trash duties — including touching trash cans and cleaning surfaces — and then immediately proceeding to make my sub without washing their hands and then put gloves on. All this happened while the gentleman at the register watched.
As a customer, I expect proper hygiene protocols to be followed, especially when it comes to food preparation. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about food safety at this location.
I’m sharing this feedback not to complain or for a free meal because I told them to refund me my money. I hope that this will be taken seriously and addressed through retraining or stronger enforcement of health and safety standards because our families and Soldiers deserve better than this.

At 3:22 PM, I noticed that there is only one staff member taking orders and serving customers at the register, which raises significant concerns about food safety. This arrangement poses a high risk for cross-contamination; quite alarming, to say the least!
The employee, a dedicated worker named Cassie, is managing the situation with remarkable determination. I want to acknowledge her hard work and strong work ethic. Despite the overwhelming demand and pressure, she is doing her best to complete orders as efficiently as possible. It’s clear that Cassie is committed to her job and demonstrates a commendable level of resilience.
However, this staffing issue needs urgent attention. A lack of adequate personnel not only puts a strain on individual workers but also heightens the risk of safety violations that could affect customers. Addressing this situation should be a priority to ensure both employee welfare and customer safety. Cassie certainly deserves recognition for her efforts, along with a discussion about improving overall staffing levels to prevent similar issues in the future.
Terrible service. Never got my receipt to even know what my number was when they called them. Only to find out they gave my sandwich away after waiting almost 30 minutes.

I had an amazing experience with C.ahnimashaun, who was such a fantastic server! She really helped me out with finding the best sandwich and everything else. Plus, she cooked it amazingly! I’ve been a fan of Charlie’s since I was a kid, and I still love that amazing flavor and taste you dream of!

The guy working today was doing 99.3 % of all the work. The girl working being the counter seems like she should be in charge of him but has no idea what’s going on and she was chewing her gum with her mouth open while preparing food. Kind of gross.

This place on post it's bad they have pictures of meals, but when you order it they tell you that it's not a combo so they charge you over for what you thought it was a price already. This could mess with the junior soldiers $$$. Super slow service too!!!
We waited approximately 20 minutes for our food. One employee handled various food storage containers and then prepared meals without changing gloves, which raises hygiene concerns. When asked to change gloves, she stormed to the back and ignored the issue. Meanwhile, another staff members, seemingly new, struggled to fulfill the orders. Please have a manager available on the weekends because they need help
