Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to in my life the quality of the food there is horrible and under served

Everything is awsome! Food was good workers are excellent very friendly and want to go the extra mile for your convenience. 10/10 will be going again.

I was waiting in line for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. When the manager finally came out she still did not acknowledge me and took care of the person who came in before I did. I walked out.

On 11 December 2025 I visited the Popeyes location #10686 Building 4230 P.O. Valley Road Fort Drum NY at 1:44 PM. I ordered a 12 piece original thighs and drums only, I was told that there would be a wait in which I replied that I didn’t mind. Approximately 20 minutes later I returned to pick up my order and drove to Watertown NY and when I arrived I noticed that I had received 6 wings, 4 drums and 2 thighs. I have had this issue several times which is the reason I chose to order inside of the store instead of online however the results were the same.

Everything I ordered was fresh for the first time in forever

Literally can not order from here without something being messed up or missing. How hard is it to read a mobile order receipt?

I am convinced these people do not actually read what is ordered. They get my order wrong every single time.

Only giving a 1 star because I can’t leave zero stars. Me, my wife, and son waited in the drive through for over an hour….this is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience. I don’t understand why it takes so long for a drive through order. Will not be coming here again. I’d rather drive off post and get Popeyes elsewhere.

We order about every other Saturday for lunch. The food quality is good. However...without exception the order is always missing something. The whole purpose of the drive through is to be able to quickly pick up your food and be on your way. I understand they are busy and at times I am asked to pull forward to wait. Because I don't trust them to fill the order properly, I am forced to tear into the bag and go through it item by item. Usually it is the sauces but quite often a side. Today it was some of the chicken. Every time I am forced to exit my vehicle, go into the store and proceed to wait in line (sometimes 10-15 minutes) to go haggle for the rest of my order that I already paid for. Today it was 2 sauces and a 2 piece chicken. Also the popcorn shrimp has been reduced to a very small container for $5 plus dollars. Won't be purchasing that again. I understand that things can be overlooked especially when you are busy but a 100% failure rate is unacceptable. When you are paying $30+ for lunch for 2 people you expect a higher standard.
