I normally have no issues, and also normally double check my food before leaving a restaurant. Ordered 2 large combo meals and an additional 3pc tender for pickup. Order was waiting on counter when I arrived to pickup, minus drinks. Staff was friendly however wayy too involved in a personal conversation about shopping and going to the mall to barely address me when i walked it, and to clearly double check orders before sending them out. When I got home discovered we were missing food, no utensils or napkins. Mac and cheese was literally nothing but mush, biscuits were stale and hard, and the only thing fresh was the sandwhich I drove back across base for. Worked in fast food for 4 years, I get having fun at work but it's not hard to have someone double check orders before giving them to customers.

I ordered a 5 piece tender combo with red beans and rice with bbq dipping sauce and a large coke. I got back to duty and discover I've got no dipping sauce, no spoon, and 4 tenders. Food slaps but bro, where's the rest of the stuff I paid for? Dude was super chill though so y'all get an extra star on service for that.

Came by the drive-thru after a long day off work looking for a family dinner. The staff on 11/19 at around 1720 was so kind, despite the fact that they were short staffed. It can be easy to be so caught up in the hustle of getting customers served and come off as rude/ rushed. The staff on this shift was extremely nice and thoughtful. I would have waited as long as they needed me to. Thanks for being awesome!

Just completely appalled by the care of your staff. Pulled up to the window at 6:50 they made me sit there for 8 minutes until asking what i wanted and then had to put me on hold to make sure it was already cooked bc they didnt want to “heat up more” we wait at the window and no joke they made the person behind us WAIT LONGER until they drove off and then all we here is chanting and cheering that they LEFT!

This might be the worst "on post" Popeyes I’ve ever came across. Their service lacks so much it’s ridiculous. THIRD time in two months I TRIED getting food and they never have what I want. You’re a fast food place how about you fry some chicken or at least offer to make it ?!? I get it if it’s close to closing time but during lunch time after you had just been open for like two hours ? Get it together.

Food is good. On par with other popeyes but their portions are smaller than other locations. I ordered a regular cajun fries and they gave me what looked like an extra small version.

Had a pick up order and there was a bit of wait time which I don’t mind at all waiting for!I understand how fast food restaurants are. The lady at the counter informed me of some items that were not available and compensated the necessary items.Her and her workmates had a vibrant and great work environment and I am very thankful to them for their work!
