Had a pick up order and there was a bit of wait time which I don’t mind at all waiting for!I understand how fast food restaurants are. The lady at the counter informed me of some items that were not available and compensated the necessary items.Her and her workmates had a vibrant and great work environment and I am very thankful to them for their work!

Pulled up in the drive through, was told we could not have two separate orders per vehicle. So after I ordered I backed up and ordered again. When I got to the window I paid and got my food then I told the “manager” we had two orders and wanted to pay for the second meal. They made me drive all the day back around the whole building to pay to get my second order in witch no one else was in line behind me. What kind of sense does that even make? This enraged me enough to never want to come back. Not to mention my chicken sandwich was soggy and had a pound of mayo on it. Truly horrible service.

The last 3 times I have ordered from Popeye's at Fort Drum, my order has been wrong, which I don't realize until I'm back in my office. I won't be back...tired of losing money on food that isn't real great anyway.

The fact that I’ve been here twice and both times they have none of their sides except fries and biscuits AND are limited on the chicken selection! Both times all they had was legs.

Typical Popeyes ordering fiasco. Out of certain chicken and what not. Slow delivery of food, but staff was nice. Food was good but not super fresh.
We went to the drive thru the worker to us to please wait so we waited for over 30 minutes pass 1800 and we decided to drive to the from they already close and just mopping.

I should have just made our chicken at home! My husband and I decided to try Popeyes when attending the Watertown Fourth of July festivities in Thompson Park. We packed a picnic and just needed the fried chicken to complete our menu. We stopped at the restaurant to order some chicken, 5 pieces of dark meat to be exact. We should have been more exacting and specific with the person filling our order. We received 1, ONE, thigh and 4 drumsticks. What a rip off!! To make matters even more frustrating, I tried to reach out on the app. Useless! It either responded saying it didn't understand (Low IQ AI), dropped me saying the issue was resolved or, finally, said it was unable to help due to technical difficulties. SUUURREEE. Even if the chicken was good, I wouldn't return. Don't waste your time or money. The chicken is over salted and you can make better at home. Head to Food Network rather than Popeyes!

Went through drive thru.. took over 30 min... went inside to see why we are still waiting and our food was just sitting there. Messed up the order. Missing food. Not worth it. Could have ordered pizza and gotten it delivered sooner. Used to love Popeyes

I rated my experience as 1 star because I was not given the option of truly rating it as 0 stars which is deserved. The times I visited this location the management and customer service has consistently been very poor. First, let’s begin with management and tell me how on more than one occasion you don’t have bone in chicken for purchase…FYI/ hint the name of the restaurant is Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken you might want to properly manage your inventory to keep chicken in stock. Secondly, when I request, pay for and wait for fresh food that is the expectation. Lastly, individuals with work ethics and morals should be employed. The lobby was poorly maintained, we had to clean off a table prior to sitting. The entire time we were there no one came out to clean the lobby area and store was not busy as most orders were mobile pick up orders.
