QDOBA Mexican Eats

Absolutely terrible service. They barely speak English. DoorDash never picked my order so it sat there for. 3 hours finally I had time to pick it up and they refused to let me get a new bowl. So I got left with food that sat out for 3 hours highly don’t reccomend.

Food is usually pretty good! Only downfall is inconsistency of portions given anytime you go.

I used to go there very regularly but today I paid 8:75 dollar for small bowl . The guys gave me so little quality even bowl was almost half. So disappointing. And I don’t want to go back again..

Food can be good but it is inconsistent on how much they give you. One day I get a great bowl and the next it’s half empty. Doesn’t make sense and when I get half bowl it’s definitely not worth the price if I’m not even filled from it. After reading other reviews it seems like they are reluctant to bring more food from the back and give you the scraps if that’s there. When it’s full you get a good bowl and when it’s running low they give you way less than they are supposed to.

Qdoba is one of my favorite spots to eat on post. The workers are always pleasant and friendly. The food is always amazing. Great staff, great staff, great environment don't get no better than this place.

The lady with tattoo is rude. I personally think they should learn to serve customers rather than arguing with them. They are stingy with the protein.

Food is good. Twice now, I've gone here and they were almost out of steak. Twice now, instead of getting more from the back to fill the order, they put 1-2 cubes in each taco. This time, when I asked for more, the lady got visibly annoyed, got more from the back, and then charged me for double steak that I didn't ask for.

I go there every Wednesday to get my usual bowl. The employees are extremely friendly and efficient. There are not many places at Drum to have a meal, so the PX can get quite congested at lunchtime. That being said, the employees are fast so I don't have to stand in line long and I can enjoy my lunchtime.

This place is wonderful. The food is fresh and tastes great. The customer service with the workers is terrific. Thank you to those who work the lunch hour Monday through Friday because they always seem to have a positive attitude. The pregnant Women was so kind when I went through. You could tell she is trying her hardest. I will be coming more often and bringing my friends with me.

Kid-friendliness: The kid meals come with some chips or apple sauce and either a small fountain drink which my kids love or a juice box. The up charge for any meat other then adobo chicken and ground beef is fine because I know that most kids don’t like the other meats.

Pregnant employee kept staring at me like she had a problem, which is why I went over to Charley’s. I suggest you do the same! The food at this qdoba is not fresh and small servings any way, please go to Charley’s and bless your self!

Went in at 615. They close at 7. They didn't have much left as far as food goes. And they said they won't cook more . So that was a big disappointment. I guess this place closes at 6 according to the people work ethic. Today's date is Feb 6th 2024. So whoever knows the schedule for today . You know who doesn't like to work .
