Food is good. Twice now, I've gone here and they were almost out of steak. Twice now, instead of getting more from the back to fill the order, they put 1-2 cubes in each taco. This time, when I asked for more, the lady got visibly annoyed, got more from the back, and then charged me for double steak that I didn't ask for.

I go there every Wednesday to get my usual bowl. The employees are extremely friendly and efficient. There are not many places at Drum to have a meal, so the PX can get quite congested at lunchtime. That being said, the employees are fast so I don't have to stand in line long and I can enjoy my lunchtime.

This place is wonderful. The food is fresh and tastes great. The customer service with the workers is terrific. Thank you to those who work the lunch hour Monday through Friday because they always seem to have a positive attitude. The pregnant Women was so kind when I went through. You could tell she is trying her hardest. I will be coming more often and bringing my friends with me.Kid-friendliness: The kid meals come with some chips or apple sauce and either a small fountain drink which my kids love or a juice box. The up charge for any meat other then adobo chicken and ground beef is fine because I know that most kids don’t like the other meats.

Went in at 615. They close at 7. They didn't have much left as far as food goes. And they said they won't cook more . So that was a big disappointment. I guess this place closes at 6 according to the people work ethic. Today's date is Feb 6th 2024. So whoever knows the schedule for today . You know who doesn't like to work .

I went in today 8/1/23 and had the rudest customer service. When asked about the guacamole and cilantro they had already put it away and refused to get it out. When asked for more pico they scrapped a few tomatoes together from the bin out that on my bowl and then sent me to checkout. I wasn’t offered any condiments or even a utensil to eat with. All the girls had an attitude when asked about the missing ingredients that I normally add to my bowl. I will not be returning if this is the acceptable attitude and food service. I just spent money on food I no longer want because it’s missing key ingredients( and they did have them they just didn’t want to get it back out). I work in the food set industry and this needs to be addressed my management and higher.
Had burritos here for lunch, mine had about 4 small pieces of chicken. My wife's came out shaped like a tide pod and fell apart as soon as she took a bite.

To me the food is really good, the people are friendly and always helpful. The food portions are amazing in my opinion, when we get a burrito my wife and I share because it's to much for one (in our opinion). I recommend this place if you are around.
