Just went there ordered meal deal suppose to be 6 dollars for breakfast sandwich hashbrowns and drink ..charged me almost 8 dollars for drink and sandwich...wouldn't give me the hasbrowns or refund me difference ...no manger on duty just bunch or teenage kids..

Just went through this morning for three items and waited 20 minutes which I’m patient on the time I understand. I’m not OK with is the girl- Krysta Or whoever her name was doing, the window was so rude and unprofessional to a customer. No customer service skill whatsoever. Funny thing is I applied there probably a month ago and they said that I was going to get a call back and never called me, Tried reaching out, they ghosted me for whatever reason I would be a delight for anybody that I work for especially customer service industry.. What a shame that their quality of people has gone to crap. Do better Dunkin..

This is my favorite dunkin. They always get the order right and in a timely fashion. Very friendly staff.
I have never written a bad review about any place. I try only to highlight the great service or experience I had but recently it was so bad I HAD TO say something. During this last week I had the most disrespectful customer service experience. The language and attitude was horrific, especially for a customer facing job. They were very rude when I asked questions. I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. Extremely disappointed in this shop of the franchise! I will highlight the South Glens Falls and Gansevoort Dunkin’ Donuts have the BEST customer service so maybe if you’re thinking about getting some coffee drive the extra 5 minutes to support a shop with better service.

Employee refused to add blue raspberry flavoring to a berry burst sparked energy drink, and told me they were not allowed even though every other Dunkin in the area adds it and would not tell me who said they can’t!

When I went they were out of donuts and bagels! The staff didn't seem interested in helping me get something to eat. I left without buying anything. I won't go back to this Dunkin.
