Ordered a sundae today and the girl makes the sundae wrong and leaves ingredients out but then gives us an attitude about making it right. Lots of other places to go get ice cream, won’t be back.

Seriously, this is an ice cream place. The girl that waited on us was really sweet and friendly. We got there and I got a medium vanilla cone dipped in chocolate and my husband got a sundae. Due to the warm breeze I got quite a bit of my cone on me as well as in me. It was delicious but learned that I should have gotten a small or kiddie sized cone ??I couldn't get pictures because of the ice cream melting so fast.
Parking: Parking is only on the lot. Not sure of how many spots there are. At least 10 but a lot of people go to the drive thru. We sat at a table with the umbrella covering.
Ok the ice cream was great, I’ll give them that. Slightly overpriced but what is really upsetting for me is, here I am walking with a cane trying to finish my ice cream as I’m walking to my car. My stepson left his small plastic dish on the table because he was helping me carry my wallet and 2 phones back to the car, my stepson is 10 and I’m in my late 50’s. The owner runs out to the back parking lot asking us if we left our garbage on the picnic table… he must have seen my cane because all of a sudden he says oh I’m not trying to be a jerk but I thought you left your ice cream. We won’t be back. Thanks for ruining it for us. I made him pick up his garbage that he inadvertently forgot. He came at me with the worst attitude, but changed it fast when he saw my cane. Sorry we forgot a small plastic dish, how about one of the young people working there could get off their cans to pick it up?
To the response I was given, my boyfriend saw the man come out with an attitude asking hey, is that your garbage you left there? He was waiting in the car for me and was ready to get out and say something. The guy literally changed his tune when he saw my cane. I’m saying no more because that is how it happened. We decided to try something new and that’s what we got for a small plastic dish being left on a table. We’ll get our ice cream in south glens falls from now on. And please do review the cameras, let me know what the cameras tell you and I will delete this review if I am wrong. If I took it out of context I will apologize as well.

Rookies ice cream is a good place to get ice cream but there service is bad. one time they broke my waffle cone and just said “can I put this in a dish didn’t even bother to replace it. And 27 cents for an extra dish that’s outrageous. U would think they would be nice since we spent over $40 at this place. Plus we had to ask to put a cherry on my ice cream after we paid for it
