Service was good, but the food sucked! Not fresh with a weird taste! I wish they could offer decent sushi!

The food that I had was great but I didn't get two orders of food that I had asked for. I kept getting asked "would you like anything else" and I kept saying I had ordered white rice which eventually I gave up eating since they wouldn't bring it to me the first few times I asked so then I ordered the habatchi vegetable and they once again never brought me my food and actually brought the check out of the blue and I mentioned again hey I'm still waiting on my food and I was met with "do you still want it". At that point I felt really uncomfortable I brought it up repeatedly so clearly I wanted it so I just said no and left semi hungry because at that point it just feels really uncomfortable to keep asking repeatedly for food I ordered.For the pricing I at the very least expected to get what I ordered but I did not. This also happened to a friend at our table and he also gave up asking for what he ordered. Overpriced when they won't bring you what you order. For context I ordered one plate at a time as recommended and only got two of the small hibachi steak and one chicken. I wanted rice and vegetables but they would only actually bring me the meat. I feel ripped off since I was not given the food I ordered for that price. The food was good but I can't help but feel disappointed and cheated. I still left a $10 tip because that's just how I am.I held off on writing this review to give my feelings time to settle but this really did not sit well with me. 3 stars is generous and I'm hoping it was just an off day. I will give this place another shot and update the review when I do.As others have mentioned yes a server does carry her child around but that personally didn't bother me but it's something to be aware of for others.

Great place. My wife and I are huge sushi lovers. All you can eat price includes the whole menu which is amazing. The sushi rolls are HUGE and taste fresh. The service was impeccable. We were 2 of only a few other people there but I can’t imagine the service not being just as good with a packed house. Can’t wait to go back. 10/10

Nice looking place, I got take out and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately it was busy so I didn’t get much time to chat but the important part is the food. Sushi was really well prepared and looked great, and the shrimp tempura appetizer was delicious. Definitely adding it into my rotation for good sushi places. Price was really fair too, I think I spent about $40 for 2 sushi rolls and an appetizer, which is on par in the area.Kid-friendliness: There were kids there at the restaurant, so I assume they’re accepting and welcoming to kids, not that kids tend to love sushi, but I could definitely see them enjoying shrimp/chicken tempura!

*My first bad reviewZERO STARS!!! Who are these people leaving great reviews?? The only good thing was the laughs we had as we felt like we were on an episode of "PUNKED"- or "WHAT WOULD YOU DO?"Are the servers not allowed to smile? Why are they so rude?Why did one server have a baby (with goop coming out of his mouth?) on her hip as she very impatiently took our order?The noise level as they throw plates into bus bins while cleaning tables was at a 10! with a full dining room! They literally tossed our orders onto the table as they were passing the table- never skipping a step! This was a crazy experience for us!!Save yourself the experience and go to wasabi.

We went for the all u can eat lunch and it was delicious! We liked that there weren't a lot of rules. You could stay as long as you'd like and you could order as many items as you'd like at a time. (They recommend not ordering a lot at once so it doesn't take too long to get your order out.) My favorite was the Fort Edward Roll. Service was timely. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

Food is delicious. Perfectly crispy fried items, fort edward roll is awesome. Only thing missing is some customers were asked about rice with their hibachi and our table of 8 was never asked what we wanted. Some miscommunicaton about what we ordered I'm assuming due to language barrier. All things that can be forgiven since the food is so good!

We've been there a handful of times and enjoyed the sushi. However,I think tonight was an off night for them. They were busy and very frazzled and we waited a while for our food..which I understand when it's busy. However,we realized after the table next to us and behind us and others were ordering for the 2nd time while we were overlooked numerous times. Then when we got the food it was wrong. They brought the sushi for the four of us amd no plates amd nothing it eat it over. We have had better experiences and they just dropped the check off like thanks see ya. Not impressed at all.
