The place is night and day in comparison to the previous ownership. Clean, food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is always cordial. A cashier by the name Astrid always goes above and beyond making sure that the orders are being taken care of and she is always nice to everyone. Kudos to you.

I’m here at least once a week, if I’m not away. It’s been that way for over two years now. The food is great. Probably one of the best bagels I’ve ever had. Staff is awesome. They make you feel welcome. Folks know my name. They’re always kind.
The amount of times I’ve been there, it’s impossible to not have made a few mistakes on my order. But every time they have, they’ve fixed it immediately and have been quite apologetic.
I cannot sing their praises more. This place is a staple of the neighborhood and arguably the best bagels on the island.

Food is great! But if I’m going to spend so much money on food from here at least teach your cashier (older lady with bangs) to be a bit nicer! She’s so rude! Idk if it’s because I’m not Caucasian everytime i come here and say hi good morning she never answers and is very rude, i noticed with others she’s so nice and speaks very nice. This is annoying and if it happens one more time I’m going to stop coming here!

Randomly found this place while waiting for my mechanic to finish working on my car, it was a throwback on memory lane. Most of the employees I recognized from my hometown bagel store. It was pretty cool to see them again.
I ordered my bagel with the lady at the register, she tried her best, I respect the hustle and awareness but she didn’t get my order correctly. I felt like i was being ignored, which I was and I’m not going give a low star rating, because I respect all hospitality and people in the food industry… it’s a tough business. The only thing I can say is just take your time and have patience for each and every customer especially when the place is dead! I usually don’t give negative reviews but the lack of customer service bothered me and not for nothing when you pay for something and don’t get it, it’s infuriating to me. I’d go back again but won’t go out of my way for it.
