They can’t seem to ever get there orders right. I’ve given this place multiple chances because the first time I ordered food here it was good. But they’re not consistent. Why am I ordering food and paying money just to leave and go home open my food and it’s not what I asked for and stuff is missing. Like today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with a hashbrown. I get it delivered & open it and there’s no bacon. Another time the same thing happened and there wasn’t any bacon any sauce and had no hashbrown. Just straight egg and cheese, but that’s not what I paid for . Definitely don’t recommend. Guys don’t come here , they don’t care about making the food right and giving you your moneys worth, they just want your money

The best bagels on Long Island! The bagels are huge and very tasty. great selection. Always fresh and hot. Fresh baked goods, salads, wraps, cold cuts, drinks, big selection of home made cream cheeses and great coffees. Very fast service and a grill as well. Order online and pickup.

I placed an order for me and 3 others…the girl who took our order was given a written order, she messed up the first time by missing a sandwich…I told her it’s fine, I knew they were just. I went back home to find out she missed another order as well. Wasn’t even worth going back because I was turned off. If you guys are closing, don’t let others in if you can’t take orders, it’s just so unprofessional. Now I’m sad and hungry
Beautiful family run spot. They used to be in Manhasset and moved here which we couldn’t be happier about. The bagels are always on point. Really well done. The place it self was renovated and is super clean. Definite try in Franklin Square.

Went in this morning for breakfast. The store was super clean and had a nice vibe to it. Plenty of seating space. I got an iced coffee and veggie omelette. Both were delicious. There were tons of options and everything looked super fresh. Service was fast, friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back!!

Service is awesome here. Staff is friendly and QUICK. There's a decent amount of seating and parking - stress free! I got a ham, egg and cheese on the rainbow bagel and it was delicious. This was our 3rd bagel place and the best one. Definitely adding this to my list next time I'm in town!
