I had great customer service experience by phone with a lovely young lady about an order I placed online for my grandsons birthday cake. Thanks again for your help.

Literally this is the worst baskin robbins, no one knows how to make a shake here, my chocolate shake was basically chocolate milk but not really because it was white and not brown..... train your workers.... also one time i went here twice in a week like five days apart, and there were the same box of doughnuts sitting there. not fresh either....

I came here only because my local Carvel is closed and we had a craving for ice cream. I had peanut butter cup and cookie dough in a cup. Tasteless why?? Is it old? It didn't say sugar free, do all Baskin-Robbins taste this shitty? Plus, the women behind the counter couldn't be more miserable. Look up opposite of good customer service in the dictionary and that's her. Nope I'm not coming back here.

I ordered a 1/2 dozen donunts. Was charged for a dozen. Ok fine, people make mistakes. I then began to ask for my 12 donuts and asked for a donut that apparently is not included in the donuts that you can pick from. I was told I couldn't get it. It should have been honored since I was charged for something that I didn't order. When I had suggested that, it was just laughed off. Will not be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts. Poor customer service.

this place does not even deserve any stars! the workers barely speak english and don't understand what you are saying. my friend and i went in today she asked for one milk and one sugar in her coffee and first they gave her 2 milk and 2 sugar then gave her no milk and no sugar. i ordered an iced caramel latte and they gave me a regular iced coffee. The workers are very rude to children. my daughter went there with her friends and they were being rude and yelling at them for no reason at all. RIDICULOUS! do not recommend going here save the time and stress and go to a different place.

I usually meet friends here. Coffee is great and there is ample seating. Counter staff are friendly and efficient. If you need to use the restroom...beware! I would not use it during flu season or any other season to be honest.

They have a lot of seating so you can sit and enjoy your ice cream with a friend.

I have given this review much thought. After being contacted my the store manager, I thought my simple everyday same ordered coffee would improve but I guess I was wrong. I went from a walk-in customer to on the go and then back to walk-in. only to be disappointed each time. it doesn't matter how I order my coffee, it still comes out wrong. highly disappointed in this location.

The cashier had no patience and she walked away to take care of another order while I was in front of her to figure out what I wanted. Actually I already started to place my order to tell her that I wanted a medium size cappuccino and ... (while I was trying to figure out if I should get a bagel or a donut), she walked away! There were another two employees there, so I did not see the urgency at all and why she would just walk away like this. I probably would not come back to this Dunkin' Donuts as I have been to other DD and I got treated nicer and better.

Today, the cashier was extremely rude to an older gentleman who was wearing a Vietnam veteran hat and jacket. The veteran was telling the cashier that he was supposed to get two items based upon whatever special was on the sign. The cashier basically laughed in his face and said "I can't see that sign. I don't know what you're talking about." Then the cashier looked at me as if I was supposed to acknowledge that the customer was wrong. . It just happens to be Veteran's Day. When I told the cashier that he should treat his customers with respect and nobody deserves to be spoken to rudely, especially a veteran, he began to argue with me--his argument was that this man is there everyday and always has a problem....blah blah blah Total disrespect for all customers.
