Food was so dry with no dressing on the sandwich and the wrap was dry and bland.

Both my wife and I have had many different items from this Delicatessen. The food is absolutely excellent. Quick hot and always tasty. The people there are very nice. And you get treated with respect

Things have changed here. Big turn over on the staff. Growing up I would come here 3 times a week.
I moved out of town but I was in the area and ordered a hungry man hero breakfast sandwich, it was about 10 bucks.

No big deal, prices are going up everywhere with inflation.

What surprised me is the fact that there is only 1 egg on each half of my hero. I was devastated, I went back inside and showed it to them before biting into the sandwich.

Instead of remaking it with 3 eggs, the way it should have been made they argued with me.

It’s unfortunate but I won’t be returning here. It was always a great feeling to visit and have that hometown feel, but its no longer there.

I went in and spoke to the owner. He responded with “what do you want me to do about it”.

They lost a loyal customer today.

Been going here for years. Great breakfast sandwiches. Great gravy that's seems to be herb infused for flavor. Thick hero sandwiches. Highly recommended.

What aggravates me the most is I go there all the time and spend a lot of money in this establishment.I get my usual every morning and they burnt the eggs. Now this isn’t the first time they have done that but this time they saw they burnt the eggs questioned to serve it to me and still decided to serve me burnt eggs for my breakfast togo. NOT A GOOD WAY TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!Will not be going back !!!

Stopped in here for a quick bfast. Got bacon egg and cheese on a roll and wasn't disappointed. They crack real eggs, pile on crispy bacon and it all goes on a nice fluffy roll. Quick and efficient service. Will be back again next time I'm in the area. Happy I checked them out.

A very good deli when you balance price and quality of food. Pleasant interactions with staff and they work as quick as possible with many options to chose from.

Brock's is THE deli in Franklin Square. This time of year they start up soup. Yummy, homemade soup. Great sandwiches, breakfast cant be beat, cooked right in front of you. The owners are great people, the whole staff are superb. They get busy around the noon lunch time, if you are really in a hurry, call ahead. Worth any wait

Well thank you

So I walked in and asked for a bacon egg and cheese pretty sure almost every deli in New York is able to make it regardless of the time of day. Well the lady told me rudely that “breakfast is over” and walked away from me. Didn’t even offer any of the lunch sandwiches. Don’t know who ruined her day at work but it doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude to customers

I'm just visiting and stumbled on this place. I had the Cajun inferno hero and it was spectacular. Good balance of heat and flavor and it was done fast.
