They messed my order up completely. Wanted BEC on a croissant and they put it on a bun, forgot my hash browns. Placed an order at 12:16pm and they didn’t even have it ready by 12:30pm and the store was empty. Not the first time I’ve had issues here, they are all too busy chit chatting than working

Coffee and donuts are good but the place is never swept anytime I go in. Garbage all over the floor. Also, the coffee seems to leak from the paper cups but they didn’t have any problem giving a refund.

One Nasty employee, heavy set. hair pulled back, short. She needs customer service training. Very impolite especially to Senior Citizens. Do not let her serve you. Other employees are very nice.

The actual food is typical Dunkin food, so it would normally be 5 starts, but the service here is remarkably slow.Usually I’d make a mobile order and things would be either1. Forgotten2. Take too long despite being very simpleNot to mention the time I was charged a dollar for ice water. Most places have it for free. It’s literally WATER.I’d recommend stopping here, but keep in mind that service is slow if there’s more then 2 people inside.

This is the best Dunkin in a 20 mile radius. Fast and accurate. The app is a win.
Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I arrived ona Friday evening 8:30 pm with my daughter and friends for ice cream.The employee waiting on us was very rude. We sat down to eat ice cream and they started turning the lights off in the area we were sitting in. I asked when they closed and was informed 10:00 pm ( 1 1/2 from the time we were there) I asked them to turn the light on in the area where we were seated. Since they weren’t closing and we were still eating in the area. Shortly after we were asked to move so they could clean…. We politely told them that they could clean around us and we were almost done we would bet leaving soon. Which resulted in more rudeness from the employees working.I could understand if they were closing soon and needed to clean to go home but that wasn’t the case. Absolutely unacceptable behavior to customers!
