This is the WORST store in a 20 mile radius. I've been coming here for years and almost every single time I'm either waiting way too long or my order is messed up somehow. Today I ordered online and went to pick up my order. I first waited for 20 minutes, then went next store and shopped then returned to Dunkin and proceeded to wait 20 more minutes for 1 croissant stuffer, 1 untoasted plain bagel, 1 boston kreme donut and 2 drinks. There were about 12 people standing around waiting for their orders. The older woman making the food just continued to make food not even knowing who it was for, while the other older woman was at the register just adding more confusion instead of letting the other employees catch up. The only one who was competent was a young woman who was scrambling to clean up the other women's mess. Other experiences include when the store's HVAC system had a problem and the inside of the store was over 100 degrees and when I finally tasted my coffee after driving to work, discovering that it tasted like some kind of cleaner. Also any time we go get ice cream, we wait for 10-15 minutes JUST TO ORDER meanwhile the workers just stare at us waiting.... I just cant justify coming here any more. I've lost my final shred of patience for this specific store. I will never go back here.

They messed my order up completely. Wanted BEC on a croissant and they put it on a bun, forgot my hash browns. Placed an order at 12:16pm and they didn’t even have it ready by 12:30pm and the store was empty. Not the first time I’ve had issues here, they are all too busy chit chatting than working

Love a very customized milkshake and when the server simply follows the directions with a smile it's the best!!! ?? a shot of espresso, some almond milk, hot fudge, cinnamon & vanilla ice cream ? ? ? ?? ?
Coffee and donuts are good but the place is never swept anytime I go in. Garbage all over the floor. Also, the coffee seems to leak from the paper cups but they didn’t have any problem giving a refund.

The actual food is typical Dunkin food, so it would normally be 5 starts, but the service here is remarkably slow.Usually I’d make a mobile order and things would be either1. Forgotten2. Take too long despite being very simpleNot to mention the time I was charged a dollar for ice water. Most places have it for free. It’s literally WATER.I’d recommend stopping here, but keep in mind that service is slow if there’s more then 2 people inside.
