Food was burnt. Several loose hairs in bag. The staff does not wear hair nets. And one item was even wrong. Staff was not aware of items on menu. I hate to say it but this is a bad experience 😕 the staff needs retraining.

The manager is extremely rude person and won't try to work with customers and just shuts them down. I have made several requests that other locations will gladly make for me, and this manager just tells me off and said take it as or or we'll take it away. All I asked was a croissant be toasted. He's the biggest jerk I've ever met. I used to love this location but I will never go back here.
Usually stop in before work to get coffee & something to eat. Most times my order is right. I go in at 6:20am before work. I order a triple shot of espresso with a medium coffee & a sausage egg & cheese on a croissant. No sausage on my sandwich which I was charged. I only received 1 shot of espresso in my sandwich. I'll get my breakfast food & drinks elsewhere. The store was not busy & I was the only customer in the store.

Service took awhile. Wait for good was a little long. There was a lot going on between walk in orders & online orders. Good was hot - so were drinks (except the ones that were supposed to be cold - those were cold)

My first time in this dunkin. They made the drinks so good I had to leave a review, also they were really nice. The place looked clean. I don't know the name of the girl that helped me the receipt says Rageswaran and she was great. Thank you.
