Just went in for a mobile order (iced coffee) wait was a little longer than usual because of a big uber eats offer before mine... but the guy that made my coffee was very nice and apologized for the wait. Also there is a good selection of donuts ? ? ?
Parking: Has designated handing cap and side parking for free. Also has a functioning drive through.
Prime location that's great witht he Dunkin App. However, this place has always been the slowest Dunkin in New York. I always hate ordering from this location because the wait will always be crazy. Not sure what is the operational problem here. But I know that other Dunkins do it a million times better. In and service is why people come here. But they fail everytime not to mention it took them years to open the drive thru. But even with the drive thru service has not improved. The quality is correct but the sevice makes me all the time go to the further dunkin. Corporate needs to provide training ASAP.
