Suprisingly excellent. Was in the neighborhood for a grand opening Mexican place but the line was a block long and was in blustery/ drizzly 26 degree miserable queue, decided to try this Thai place diagonally across. Well, we were very pleasantly surprised. The decor was beautiful and we were greeted warmly. We tried the drunken noodles, pad thai and all were delicious with the perfect amount of heat. Ive had alot of Thai noodles and these were a couple of stars beyond. Frank the owner was so friendly. Apparently his wife is the chef. I def wanna come back to try the other more adventurous dishes. Ordered noodles because they were safe and we came in on a whim.

I have been coming here for years and I am never dissapointed. Owner Frank and chef Jin,his wife, are welcoming and warm. Wait staff is always efficent and friendly. The food is auythentic and consistently terrific with layered flavors and can be customized to your heat tolerance. Freshly caught fish was a treat for our wedding anniversary last night along with flawless chicken tofu hot and sour soup...not hot as much as flavorfull of white pepper. Pad Kee Mau has been a mild go to for years; don't miss out. All appetizers always tasty. Very thoughtfully we were graced with a festive complimentary dessert to honor the occasion. I reccomend you go here as often as you can.

Food quality and quantity has dropped significantly. Wish I could give it zero stars. Wait time and service is poor as well. Told to pay cash only that credit card machines are down. Seems to be some front for another business.

I ordered Volcano chicken.??. Im sorry its General toast chicken. This is not Authentic Thai food, i know what it taste like .I can only taste General toast chicken in the food ; i added spicy flavour to my order. .The service was good but this is not a typical Thai food. This is American type of home made food. I travel to places to give review on food and many countries and Tris-state to give reviews.. The service was good but the Authentic of Thai in the food i ordered is not there. Secondly , over Prices for the Food.

After not being around the last couple of months I decided to hit up one of my favorite places, Frankly Thai..LISTEN TO ME, THE FOOD IS EXCEPTIONAL, Get to this place as soon as you can, you will be extremely happy! From the Wonton Soup to the pineapple rice, to the Frankly Chicken. It's all fresh and tasty, and wonderfully cooked to order! Nothing is sitting around waiting!!!!!! The service again is fantastic, the kids, the little lady who waited on us was fantastic!!!! Attentive, kind, Accommodating! Everything you could ever ask for... Love the ambiance, the place is buzzing with patrons and it seemed like we all knew each other, because that's how Frank makes you feel, we're all family!!! The Food is wonderful and I woke up this morning wanting more..... Thank you for a great meal as usual...,and I'll see you guys soon....I WAS THERE THIS PAST SATURDAY OCTOBER 21st, WE SAT AT MY FAVORITE TABLE BY THE WINDOW, THE PLACE WAS PACKED, ORDERS WERE GOING OUT AS WELL, CALL NOW AND MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS, THIS PLACE IS SPEEDING RIGHT ALONG, SO GET ON BOARD!!!!

Food is decently good (I got the Drunken Noodles), no complaints there, but nothing to rave about either. If you want something really delicious, go for a Thai iced tea. The service and ambiance can no longer be assessed because they only do takeout now. Like many places out there, this is a small business that seems to be struggling since Covid, but they're still chugging along for now.

The servers were very attentive and although it was busy the wait for food and drinks was minimal. Definitely plan on returning to try a few of their other dishes.

Friendly staff and nice clean restaurant. Even though the sign said "must have reservations" we called from outside the door and they accommodated us. The food is tasty, but the serving sizes are just too small, especially for my husband's chicken ginger. It basically just had bits of chicken in it. Note that we aren't big eaters, just your average hungry Joe. Sadly, we probably won't be back.

Frankly Thai is the best kept secret of the thoroughbred racetrack world in New York. You'll never meet a nicer set of owners then these two, and you'll enjoy every single moment of eating their delicious food! Love their food, staff, and atmosphere.

Made reservations for Saturday night. Ordered the Pad Se-ew with a side of Sweet Sticky Rice and Thai dumplings as an appetizer. The best authentic Thai food I have ever eaten and that includes a recent trip to Thailand this past year. I'm not a big fan of super spicy food, and this was right up my alley. My friends love spice and ordered the hot stuff. They were in heaven. Another friend ordered vegetarian and was very pleased.Host is welcoming and available to offer suggestions for those new to Thai food. This is a clean, friendly place with many food options, lots of parking, and a comfortable environment. You'll love the experience. Call for reservations.Parking: Ample free public parking in the back parking lot.
