Very nice girl at the front who had a pastry made when she realized the one I wanted had run out. Cute decor. Delicious, but my only wish would be if the pastries had a cookie or cake layer.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this experience was truly unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer since this bakery was still called Lulus Bakery, which makes this situation even more disappointing.
I ordered a custom cake about a week in advance and picked it up today. When I opened the box, I was shocked. The frosting was literally melting off the cake, while the filling inside was completely frozen solid. I cannot understand how a cake prepared in advance could be in this condition.
I was also never given any instructions regarding freezing or storage, nor would it make sense for a standard cake to be frozen in the first place. It felt as though the cake was either rushed at the last minute or improperly handled, with no regard for timing or quality.
It was extremely embarrassing to serve a cake in this condition. This is especially upsetting because I’ve ordered this exact cake from them before without any issues. Unfortunately, the quality has clearly declined. Given how long I’ve supported this business, this experience was incredibly disappointing and simply not okay.

Last few times ordered they didn’t prepare eggs sandwiches right. More that one occasion. And I’ve gotten wrong items as well. Black and white cookie was dismal .

Not a fancy bakery, but a good choice for the area. The Italian birthday cake was okay, but the miniature pastries were much better — fresh and tasty. A simple neighborhood spot that does the job.

Everything looks delicious and clean!

I have always loved coming here as their pastries are the best, but I came here ordering a pie and when I brought it home it was not cooked all the way and half of it was all throughout the box. As I tried to doctor it up it only got worse. I had to throw the whole thing out.

They would have gotten 5 but they lost my order for a custom cake and on the day of pick up they had to make one which means it wasn't from scratch because it only took about an hr but the cake was OK but that's the reason I give 4 other than that I like them
