I called to place an order for my staff and was shocked by how rude the person on the phone was. Instead of simply taking the order, they insisted I come in to order, which defeats the whole point of calling ahead for pickup. When I questioned it, they hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I will not be ordering from here again...

You guys have always been the best chinese food place in elmont and I can say all of Long Island. Thank you. I usually get the young chao fry Rice. That's your house special rice made with white rice. Chicken with broccoli, your spare ribs and those wings.

The food was horrible it was steel and it gave me food poisoning I ordered a purple soda they gave me a coco cola don’t recommend under any circumstances and I don’t think the owners are even Chinese there from somewhere else

SUPER RUDE, I patiently waited, when I try to answer for my order, she kept walking away & doing other things, no eye contact nothing when I finally got to tell order, very rudely answered "NO we don't have and walked away, playing busy I'm standing thinking okay well wouldn't you have asked " something else the lady carried on like I didn't exist. I guess if I was of another nationality she would've handled me different?. NEVER GOING AGAIN, I'VE KNOWN OF THIS PLACE SINCE MOVING TO LONG ISLAND AND NEVER GOT TREATED THIS WAY. UNBELIEVABLE
