Saddens me to write this review, as I have been a loyal customer since it was first opened
This used to be an amazing BYOB pizza place . Now it has rebranded 3x now and trying to pass themselves off as wine bar ..
it’s has doubled in price , portions have shrunk , as well as the quality . Just a shame
Chef Gigi is an amazing cook , but at the end of the day , it’s a 40.00 pizza with a 20.00 corking fee . 30.00 pastas , 20.00+ appetizers .. be ready to pay steak house prices at tiny pizza place with people sitting in top of each other ..

Wow! This pizza blew my mind with its flavor I am a lover of Neapolitan and Roman style pizza and this pizza is the same as the Neapolitan one although I ordered takeout I was able to realize that they have home made pasta ufff, fusilli and rigatoni is my favorite I have to try it!

The pasta dishes are amazing! Closest to real Italian pasta dishes on Long Island. Small and in inviting.

Great quality pizza. This place was somewhat of a hidden gem for the Franklin Square neighborhood until YouTube. I'm glad we saw the place on Dave Portnoy's youtube review. The place is ultra fast to order a pie. Maybe slightly on the high side of cost for a pie. Just order a large plain pizza and that's the boxed shaped one that Dave was reviewing. It's worth atleast one order with the family and then everyone can try to be a food critical at home. Atleast that what my home team did. As a native New Yorker from the Boroughs we all think the spot near where we grew up has the best pizza, so I won't leave an opinion to detailed on this pizza. Bottom line this place is pure Quality and Fast.

My husband ordered from Chef GiGi's in Franklin Square for the very first and last time for my birthday. He ordered the buy one get one chicken parm spaghetti meals. The bill with tax and tip came to $41.00. First, the meal didn't look good at all. The spaghetti was covering the chicken Parm and the chicken was paper thin with very little Parm cheese on it. My husband couldn't find one bit of cheese on his chicken. Plus, they didn't even bother to include any bread at all. What Italian meal doesn't come with bread? What an insult. The meal didn't come with much spaghetti either. The sauce was the only thing that was good in the meal. The meal still left you hungry and not satisfied. I wouldn't waste money on any other of their meals. This was a total disappointment. Maybe the pizza pies are good, but I'm afraid to try it. **The restaurant replied telling me that I forgot to mention the rest of my order. There wasn't anything else in my order but the two chicken parm meals for buy one get one $24 that's $12 each. I don't know what else they are talking about. But I have to say that it's nice that they replied and offered their apologies.**

Don’t bother ordering from this joint- they don’t know how to run a delivery service. We ordered at 7pm and I kid you not it’s 9:08. Had to cancel and hoping to get that

You are 100% wrong about everything I got a refund for a order that was placed yesterday for today at first you said it's scheduled for 730 tonight but if I want it now you would send it then backtracked and said you didn't say that THEN WHEN I called your lie out you hung up on me mind you I was nothing but polite and just trying to get this resolved when I called back you played dumb saying idk who hung up but I pay my guys by the HR they can't be on the phone with repeat paying LOCAL customers lol ok.... The Most disrespectful people no class and the worst part is they are liars. Food is okay but would never order or eat Chef Gigi's again.
