You are 100% wrong about everything I got a refund for a order that was placed yesterday for today at first you said it's scheduled for 730 tonight but if I want it now you would send it then backtracked and said you didn't say that THEN WHEN I called your lie out you hung up on me mind you I was nothing but polite and just trying to get this resolved when I called back you played dumb saying idk who hung up but I pay my guys by the HR they can't be on the phone with repeat paying LOCAL customers lol ok.... The Most disrespectful people no class and the worst part is they are liars. Food is okay but would never order or eat Chef Gigi's again.

Absolutely delicious pizza. We ordered the Margherita and the sauce was super light and basil-y. Crust was perfectly doughy but still crispy. The cheese was fresh and perfectly melted. Don't skip out on the Nutella zeppolis!!

Friendly staff. Meatballs were amazing. Loved the fresh pasta. Ordered the rigatoni carbone and also the lobster special. Wish more places served pasta that way. Will be back to try the pizza for sure.

Not only is the owner rude and nasty but the food is just not good. Lacking flavor and burnt. Not charred, burnt! Not to mention they got my online order wrong and refused to fix it even though there was no debating it- I had proof in writing of what I ordered. I used to love Naples street food and am so disappointed it became this place!! Worth the drive to Oceanside to visit the remaining location of Naples street food.

Humble location, the money doesn't go into the decor it goes where it really matter, the food! The high caliber of the ingredients used stands out with the appearance of the food and most importantly the flavor. Thanks to the wood fired over this place is putting out pies that you would expect to find for triple the price in a trendy part of Brooklyn. Thank goodness us simple folk have a place like this to eat right here in Franklin Square. Eat here, you taste buds will be grateful.
I've had their pizza before, so I wanted to try a few new items. Great: eggplant parm. Just ok: cacio e pepe (they got the pepe part but not enough cheese/creamy taste). Very friendly service. As I've enjoyed most of their items, I plan to return.

Ordered a take out of the Margherita and Bianca personal pies. Both were outstanding. The sauce on the Margherita was flavorful and phenomenal. They have a small dine in area but it is neat and cozy. Hidden gem !!
