Wonderful staff, very informative. Soups are frozen. I was under the impression they are served hot. However, I ordered the beef bone broth and butternut squash soup and heated it up at home. They were both very good. Love the cannoli kits too. Would definitely come back!

100% recommendation. Their products are fantastic, healthy and made with love. Great care goes into their products. Everything they make is delicious. A whole shelf in my fridge is their soups, broths, pasta and chili.

I feel so blessed to have found this establishment! They’re available for both delivery and pickup. I’m delighted that they’re extremely patient, friendly, generous, hospitable, personable and go above and beyond to even remember your name! :)The fact that they pride themselves on: “ …using only the finest Organic Grass-fed, Pastured Beef & Organic, Free-range Chicken and Turkey Bones, along with Fresh, Organic Vegetables, Herbs and Spices. No hormones, antibiotics, additives, preservatives, artificial ingredients, gluten, dairy or GMO’s” is not only something that’s hard to come by but even harder to find to be delicious and hearty in taste! You can taste the love in their food. As a recovering cancer patient that has ongoing problems with ingesting and digesting food—at times—I not only treasure the fact that I can thoroughly enjoy their chicken vegetable soup (my favorite) without any issues, it’s one of many reasons that I have returned and will continue to return as a customer.

The soups are wonderful and the empanadas are delicious. The have a beautiful fresh pasta too. We have tried the immune booster, French onion, chicken vegetable, butternut and Thai butternut soups, all made in a base of bone broth. They come frozen and are easy to heat up. One was better than the next. The immune booster was well spiced, the French onion had the perfect mix of sweet caramelized onion and tangy broth. The chicken vegetable was flavorful and filling and the butternut had a curry-like warmth. I didn't try the Thai, but my sister assured me it was wonderful, and requested I buy more. The empanadas were all delicious. We tried one of each variety. The crusts were light, and the fillings pleasantly spiced. Of the ones we tried I especially enjoyed the chicken and roasted vegetable. The bbq jackfruit was pleasantly surprising, I had never eaten jackfruit & it was really good. Though my favorite so far is the spinach and mozzarella. The others were all delicious. And the baked up easily. The pasta also was delicious. I got double spinach ravioli and made it with pesto. They were light and very fresh tasting. I can't wait to try more. In addition to the above, the store sells eggs from local farms and carries other fresh artisanal local products. Definitely will be going back.

Friendly service by husband and wife team.Soup place shares space with Italian specialty market.Extra star added for those.Soups are good, but nothing to write home about. Good broth and ingredients but purposely underseasoned, so a rather bland taste. Better for health, but seems almost a waste.Very good refrigerated ravioli and other pastas.

Best Bone Broth in and around town! Delicious fresh pastas and their gnocchi are the best. Beautiful store with a variety of kitchen gadgets, spices, sauces, and so much more! The owner & staff are excellent very lucky to have this little gem in town....also great place to pickup a gift for the chef in your life.

I bought some grass-fed Beef Onion Soup bone broth and added some Swiss Gruyère cheese to it. I have never tasted a better French Onion Soup, not even when I was a high school exchange student umpteen years ago in suburban Paris. I drank some Cabernet Sauvignon with my soup, making it the best homemade meal that I have had in a long time. I also purchased some cheese ravioli. Antonio, the owner, graciously gave me some complimentary tomato sauce after I told him that I found out about his pasta store in July 2020 when Teresa L's review of the store made ROTD. The cheese ravioli is good by itself. It needs no sauce. In fact, it soothes my belly when I have an upset stomach. I will definitely come back here, especially when I want to impress dinner guests.

I have enjoyed NY Bone Broths and Soups many times as a regular customer. I must say that my favorites are the Thai Butternut Squash soup, Beef bone broth based chili, Cauliflower/Cannelini bean soup and Immuno chicken broth.I also enjoy obtaining the products in the family store environment in Franklin Square though I can get them at farmers markets(e.g. Port Washington, Brooklyn etc).

As a local healthcare provider and nutritionist, I refer many of my practice members to NY Bone Broth and Soup. Their products are of the highest quality and everything they make is filled with nutrition and love. This is a hidden gem in the Franklin Square community. I find myself visiting weekly to feed my family as well and I can't say enough about the owner and staff. They really care about their customers and go above and beyond !

excellent customer service. I was looking for a place that would have a fair selection of soups, and what I found exceeded my expectations.Roseanne was extremely helpful and even recommended specific soups that were higher in protein. My mother who is sick said these soups have been helping her feel better. This is a hidden gem! Thank you for staying open during these times.
