Coffee is excellent and staff is very nice, the wait time is outrageous. I had two orders in front of mine and it took 14 mins for 3 drinks. They are limited by the one machine they have and the chatting that goes on. Great environment and excellent coffee but I canât spend 30 mins waiting for coffee.

Upon entering, my wife and I were completely ignoredâno greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. After the one customer in front of us was served, we expected at least a âhelloâ or a âwe'll be with you shortly,â but we got neither.
When we decided to leave, my wife spoke up about the lack of hospitality, and the response from the female barista was dismissive at best: âWe told you to hold on.â Thatâs not a greeting; itâs a poor excuse for customer service. It was incredibly frustrating to be treated like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
If youâre looking for a place with decent service, I suggest looking elsewhere. This establishment clearly prioritizes popularity over customer care.

After the other customer was served, they still didn't greet us or say a word. Frustrated, we decided to leave. Before walking out, I mentioned my concerns to the female barista, who insisted that the male barista had greeted us by saying "hold on." I pointed out that this is hardly a proper greeting.
There was absolutely no hospitality or courteous behavior in this establishment. Itâs not worth the hypeâdonât waste your time; youâll only be disappointed by their lack of service.

Went here for the coffee and ended up getting a donut and a cookie croissant. I was told it was a vanilla filled donut. When I cut the donut open, itâs plain and stale. Is this place selling pastries that are a day old or a few days old??? What kind of place does this. The donut was so hard and terrible. Not returning to a place that sells leftover food.
