I received the extra large nuggets tray with 3 sauces. Half the pretzels were frozen. The order was also supposed to have a frozen bottle of lemonade and I received a dole drink. I called to advised and the mgr would not even get on the phone . $83.43 and the mgr would not even get on the phone.
Awesome staff and service!! Got all my items super fresh and was sooo good I ate them before leaving the store. Definitely would come back.

My wife has bee coming here since they open We order from here in advance minimum ONCE A MONTH Yesterday we put him a 1230 pickup. I get there 1245 nothings done no line infront of me Don’t get my product till 1 This happens ALL THE TIME Will there be compensation for you guys being 45 mins late. The either looked at me clueless Probably because the 2 employees were bothering under 19 smg

OHH HOW I MISS THESE PRETZELS ??I NEVER Knew That THIS Store Existed In On The Five Boro's, NOW I See A Couple Of Locations IN Queens, I LIVE IN BROOKLYN, But Anyhoo, I HAVEN'T HAD These Pretzels?? Since I Left READING, PENNSYLVANIA, Because I Used To Go To This Store And Get These Pretzels ALL OF The Time, WHILE Living There In Pennsylvania AT THE TIME ?️ THEY Were So Good ??? YUM-YUM, IT'S Been 10 YEARS AGO Since I Had One THEN, I Bought A Few Of Them Before I Left To Come Back To NY ????✌?????✊????????????? I Miss THESE Pretzels ??
