Great pizza was my original review. Since the old folks aren't there anymore the pizza went down hill. The great ingredients have been compromised. The dough lost its good crust and the crispiness of the pizza is gone. The sauce tastes different. Lost another customer.

This place has gone from amazing local gem to trash
Dont believe the false reviews
Spend your money elsewhere
We ordered catering for xmas last minute and they accommodated us! THANK YOU SO MUCH! The food was delicious and we will definitely use their catering service again! I was concerned that pasta would be dry the next day, but it was the most delicious and creamiest penne vodka! They also gave us extra sauces on the side.

I’m also one of the 5 who got food poisoning from here, I’ve been in the hospital since 12pm today, they confirmed it was indeed food poisoning. I’m warning all of yall to not go here, unless you want your next 3 days ruined completely

A simple regular pie gave 5 total food poisoning on 12/18/2025. 2 of which had to go to the hospital. Confirmed food poisoning too, avoid this place at ALL COSTS

Went out for dinner with family and we got stuffed mushrooms with eggplant , a few glasses of wine .. linguini and clam sauce( terrible ).. veal parm with pasta ( which was decent).. pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage( ok)..but the food lacked flavor , pasta was overcooked, sauce was very watery in the clam sauce no flavor and although one of us didn’t eat the food they did not make a effort to make up for it , The waitress never came back after we told her about the dish, never apologized and When the bus boy took finally took the plate away ..no one asked if they could get us something else…. ( my family was still eating ) They took $8 off the total of our bill but next time this happens to someone they should really offer something else to the customer or at least take more then $8 off for something that was BARELY touched :( … We heard great things about this pizzeria/restaurant but we were very disappointed with the customer service and food. Unfortunately we will not be back so upset.

We had an after the funeral luncheon here 10/20. Maria is so easy to work with, which made the planning simple and uncomplicated. The staff was more than accommodating. The service was impressive.
The menu provided more than we expected, with appetizers that were delicious, the pasta choices and entrees were excellent. My gluten free and vegetarian guests were well accommodated.
Would have never imagined soda and wine included! We ran a tab for beer and cocktails, just so fare.
I can’t tell you how many phone calls I received, following, how excellent the food was.
I moved out of Franklin Square 13 years ago, and forgot what a gem this place has always been and still is!
Thank you for giving us the perfect afternoon.

All that matters is the food. This pizza was horrible. Tomato sauce seems like it's straight from the can. Go some where else please. How do you fail a plain slice??
Grandma slice and plain slice was ordered. 1st time trying your food and the slices were horrible. You spoke to me when I came in to get my food...The slices seemed old and the sauce was horrible.
I will go to King Umberto on Hempstead and Meachem next time I want a nice slice.

Ran in here for a quick slice. I got the Brooklyn pizza and it was amazing- really hit the spot.
The prices are way too high
This is a great place to come and get pizza, homemade ice cream, and other Italian foods. We got a whole pepperoni pizza for about 27 dollars which isn’t bad at all. This place is clean, has a parking lot, great bathrooms, great staff, and fast service.

I recently visited your establishment for the first time to try the pizza, as I’ve heard good things around the neighborhood. I appreciate the opportunity to try your food, and I wanted to share a bit of feedback from my experience.
While the sauce had a good flavor, I found the pizza slices a bit too thick for my personal taste and felt there was a bit too much dough overall. Additionally, I felt that the level of customer service during my visit could be improved, as it did not quite meet expectations (I'd rate it around 3 out of 5).
I hope this feedback is helpful, and I look forward to seeing how your team continues to grow and improve.
