Came with the family and the staff were very un knowledgeable and unfriendly. They were disrespectful. The staff members helping us slammed our order in front of us and gave us an attitude when we were trying to pay. We spent a lot of money and left disheartened with our experience. We went there excited and we were no longer excited to even have the ice cream after our poor experience.
We live right around the corner and unfortunately will not be returning.

Ralph’s always hits the spot when you have the craving. I usually get a quart of 2 flavors and I’m good for a couple of days. Blue Hawaii and watermelon are my go to flavors

It's probably one of the best ices i've ever had in my life!.However the SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!
I believe the system on how they take orders for customers is designed to create a line so other potential customers will see & think what's going on over there. I believe it's a strategic advertising moving that comes at the expense of good people who just want to get the ices or ice cream & go home back to their respective lives. I truly hope that they read this post & think we have an excellent product that sells itself. we do not need to take this approach to get other potential customers to come to our establishment. Once you finally make it to front & and purchase, the servers are nice & pleasant & more importantly respectful. I asked one of them why the line like this & she simply replied this is the way they want it.

12 bucks for two tiny flavorless soft serve cones. I felt robbed.

Quality! Good service & well staffed. Some treats take a bit to prepare so nicely so don't be in a rush on a hot summer day. Nice young people to serve you. You order from the big windows on the sidewalk. The just put protective barriers up to keep us safe.

Loved the sundae! The dark cherry was great.
Prices are absolutely absurd. Portions are microscopic. Majority of staff is sweet, but obviously inexperienced. Items were not properly packed and ices leaked all over the bag.

Great tasting soft serve and toppings are delicious. The only issue sometimes can be seating because there’s only one bench on the side that I’m aware of, other than that staff are very kind and helpful. I forgot the name but one of the girls there was very sweet to my nephew. Very great place to get ice cream on a hot day. Highly recommend
Kid-friendliness: Very kind staff that make the kids feel happy

I like that they open pretty late and the cream ices are a must! I also tried the soft serve and it didn’t really have any taste to me so I’ll stick with the cream ice!
Always love Ralph's!

I go to this place multiple times a week all season long, me and my son. Today? I got two large ices. $13. When we got them home. It was like four small scoops one on top of the other. They don’t pack it into the cup anymore. It was about half the size of what it normally is. Maybe it’s just a possibility the girl wasn’t paying attention? Maybe she was new? I’ll give it another try in a day or two. But if they’re going to cut the Ices in half on top of raising the prices? We’re done. I’ll come right back on here and change the stores I left. I understand prices are going up, but you can’t cut things in half and raise the prices on top of that..
