They also have a small cup size for kids that's an appropriate portion for them.
Ordered a hot fudge sundae. Just vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and whipped cream. No ice cream was in the sundae it was a gross tasting .browniewith hot fudge and whipped cream. This was the worst sundae I have ever tasted.

The pillars in front of your establishment goes unnoticed by many, being in the security industry, i have to say……. This shows you care about not only your staff, but the customers waiting in line.

To my favorite ice cream shop in all of New York State: Ralph's Italian Ices of Franklin Square in Franklin Square, New York.Ralph's serves all types of ice cream from soft serve to sundae's. The shop looks really bright with lights on during the night. Every time I eat a cool treat from Ralph's my mind and heart lightens up to do really well. Service is great, I highly recommend it for people to visit and enjoy :)

First off i absolutely love the Mango Iceberg its definately delicious however thats not why im giving two stars….The customer service here is definately not good & lets not forget its way overpriced. I used to pay $5.75 for an iceberg with sprinkles and now its $6.75 , Plus i got a small bubblegum/coconut ice. Its definately not worth the price of $11.90 for just those two things. I do recommend the iceberg if anyone is interested in trying.

Since the guy isn't there anymore managing the place all the time it has really gone down hill fast. Their ices are no longer kept at the right temperature. They put lids on ices when you ask not to and then don't bother to add more to the cup (its always less when the lid is on.) The staff will see a line and not have the common sense to stop the cleaning or what they are doing to help a customer. Now they are like the rest, sad because they used to stand out from the rest...
Not sure what all the hype is about. Ok ices. Interesting flavors.

Got 2 out of 4 of my item orders wrong. Even after the Young kid asked me twice what they were. No way to know until I got home since you can't see what is the flavor on the bottom. Anyone knows l, young kids are picky so half of the ice creams went to waste. I had tipped too ?... I recommend going to Ralph's on Union toke in Glen oaks. Absolute amazing staff, careful, and attentive.
