Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I always order through UBER Eats and for the last several orders, they can’t seem to get the order correct! I don’t know if they’re getting the order mixed up with someone else’s or the person handling the order is new, or they can’t read English or they’re doing it on purpose! I do not recommend this location, but from now on I will not use the location & if UBER Eats only uses this location, I will use a different service because I’m done with this Rita’s location

This is the best ice cream i have gotten in my lifetime

got to try the swedish fish flavor which was really on point, staff were great but the custard was ok. will be back to try other flavors. the place needs more cleaning tho

,wow talk about expensive! Charged me 75 cents more for a few sprinkles everytime I come here the price changes and increases.going to Ralphs for now on.accoring to the employees the owner she's extremely STRICT!and cheap

This place doesn’t have a restroom .. I’m 7 months pregnant and I asked if I could use their employee’s restroom and the employees said NO that there is a nail salon down the block that I could go try . Unbelievable!!The situation was not resolved . I asked for the manager and the employees said they could not get a hold of the manager . I bought my ice cream and left without any resolution.

Never been there before. I wasn't sure what to get, the girl Kaylee working there walked me thru all the menu options, and the favorites. I had the gelati, I would never have ordered and it was great. Kaylee saved my night!!!

Not what it use to be. The banana custard didn’t taste banana. The ice tasted like water not coconut. So disappointed. It use to be the best a few years ago.

Great custard,but prices are out of control now.the owner must own 2 Lamborghinis.price for a large custard which really isn't even that large to begin with, and 1 dollar extra for some sprinkles come on now.$7.30

Rita's gelati, are always a treat. We got one with cantaloupe ice and vanilla custard and another with peach ice and vanilla custard. Both were delicious but I was partial to the peach ice.
