I had a terrible experience at this SoBol location. I ordered an spirulina bowl and specifically asked for it to be made a certain way. However, the server made a mistake with my order and then told me that correcting it would result in an upcharge—even though it was his error. When I questioned this, he seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and had to call his manager.

The manager, Josette (or whatever her name was), got on the phone and was dismissive and rude. She clearly didn’t understand the situation and said it “wasn’t a big deal.” When I asked for a refund, she rudely stated that it would be “handed to me” instead of just resolving the issue professionally. At the end of the day, they’re the ones who lost money because of their poor customer service.

I highly do not recommend this place. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and downright nasty. Honestly, the way they treated me and the overall vibe of the place made me feel uncomfortable—I wouldn’t be surprised if there were some discriminatory attitudes involved. Save yourself the trouble and find a spot where the staff is respectful and knows how to treat customers right.

Drove about 20 minutes to find it closed. Google says closes at 9pm everyday. Store hours are 8am-8pm. Change this ASAP

I had the most unpleasant experience with employees, Nicole and Jason. They were rude, nasty, and just very unprofessional. I had a problem with my açaí and instead of understanding the situation, she was giving me so much attitude that I couldn’t even fully get to my problem. I am a very understanding person, but I just couldn’t understand how a person could be so nasty. She really needs to learn some manners and give some respect to customers. I am a regular customer and always have ordered from here, but because of this experience, I will never order from here again. So if anyone has a problem with their order, you might as well deal with it yourself instead of calling this location because I guarantee you that it won't make any difference, and it’s like talking to a person with zero knowledge about how to speak with respect.

Unfortunately I’m not able to not give any stars so I give 1. My experience with the employees is negative 10 stars. The employees gave me the most sass and nasty attitude I ever heard in my life. They didn’t even let me explain my problem with my order. I ordered 2 of the biggest size with the fruits on the side. They didn’t even fill up half the container, so what i received is 2 huge containers filled barely half way with maybe 5 strawberries and 2 blueberries and maybe half a banana on the side that would be enough for 1 kid size. So I do not recommend giving this location any business.

My son asked me if I wanted to try a fruit bowl from SOBOL in RockvilleCenter. He came home with a small bowl that seriously cost $15. I tried it and it is not worth that much money. I should’ve went to Stop & Shop and got my own fruit and I would’ve made a much better bowl for less than $15 if you like that place then that’s your business, but for me, I will never go there again. That fruit bowl actually didn’t taste great at all, not worth the money.

Could not try the bowl but i believe it tasste good.when i visited the store i could not buy the bowl as card payments was not available at that time due to some issues . No fault of the staff but i was waiting for more then 10 minutes on front of line and no one bothered to inform me about the same. When finally someone came to attend me i was delivered unfortunate news.

I've enjoyed this location in the past but the management is the worst. The manager Josette is very rude and unhelpful. The young girls that have assisted me are kind and knowledgeable. Will not go to this location again.

WORST Sobol ever. I've been a regular at this Sobol for two years, and have always loved coming to this location until today. Unfortunately after the awful way I've been treated I will NOT be returning ever again. The manager, and employees Emily, and Gabby are extremely rude, and have a horrible attitude. Please don't waste your time coming here.

Service was an absolute 10/10. I wanted to save my bowl for lunch for the next day and Josette suggested freezing my bowl and just taking it out in the AM to defrost by lunch and wow ?. Thank you!!!!

The two teenage girls that helped me last night were so kind and explained each of the smoothies to me in depth to help me find my favorite. Service was excellent. Will be coming back soon!
