I’ve usually had a good experience at this location, but tonight was a bit disappointing. I stopped by around 8:30 PM to grab a quick drink after a long day. When I walked in, there was no line, but both Kris and another employee were engaged in a conversation. While they were restocking, for what I am guessing, tomorrows day, they didn’t acknowledge me or even offer a simple "hello" or let me know they’d be with me shortly. I stood there for a while, feeling completely ignored. I had to be the one to initiate with a "hi," and the response was pretty minimal.
When Kris finally asked what I wanted to order, I had trouble scanning my rewards through the app. Despite struggling with it, Kris didn’t offer any help. I had to ask for assistance before receiving any support. It felt like I was putting in more effort as a customer than I should have had to.

Earlier this morning, (Friday 11.15 @8:50am) I stopped in as I usually do and noticed that they were busier than usual (Cold Day, Friday, totally understandable) Everyone behind the counter was pleasant, accomodating, and overall in a good mood while working. (Shoutout to Kai, Nick, and the two other young ladies working the machines this morning). There was one team member who was working the register (Nose Ring, face painted with two blue horns, glasses, Male) who was incredibly rude. He was throwing peoples orders on the counter , not calling out names when the order was brought to the counter, and obnoxiously telling other patrons that He was “Really Busy” while brushing them off. This isn’t the first time I see him acting rude towards customers. There’s always a bad apple, but overall the rest of the team here is always really nice and provide a quality experience consistently.

I don’t normally go to Starbucks but I came because I got a free drink. The employees are rude and are very bland for no reason. I was trying to her the coupon but she wouldn’t listen
I'm not sure why the employees there don't greet their customers or even offer a smile. One of them just looked at me like she had never seen anyone like me before. Where is the "hello"? Where is the smile? Where's the basic courtesy? It feels like Starbucks is really going downhill. On top of that you’re spending almost $8 dollars for a small latte.
