I don’t understand why every time I order from this location they get my order wrong or they forget items that I paid for. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after several times and it keeps continuing, I will not be returning ?

Everyone is nice. They are so overworked though. You can tell. There are about 30 drinks up at a time and people still give them a hard time. I think they do a great job.

Worst ever. Doordash.. order a hot drink get cold, order a cold drink get hot. Sometimes get something not even on the menu. What's wrong with you people? It says clearly what the order is on the label. This isnt rocket science its pouring coffee.Starbucks employees..you know that strange noise you keep hearing over and over..? THAT'S THE PHONE RINGING! ANSWER IT! A-hats.

I love the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccinos and I also love this hot chocolate as well and the staff, and everybody are very polite and very respectful and helpful.

Every day I have one coffee from Starbucks at this location they are selling old coffee , last time I complained to manager after that same thing they never change it, still I love Starbucks, but not manegemet

They need retraining on making the drinks. I had multiple drinks from sunrise highway and when I order on uber from Franklin they always the opposite of what it is suppose to be. They never follow instructions. Yeah I'm done ordering from. This
