Very nice and clean excellent sandwich made
Believe the comments when they say this place is complete trash. The old lady cashier is a stubborn pain in the behind. She does not understand logic nor reason and will straight up start arguing with you. I wanted to use a Subway Coupon to which she said to apply it in the app. I applied the coupon in the app and it went through. However, after I placed the order, she told me they don’t accept the coupons and she will not be able to honor it. I told her why the hell did you not tell me before I placed the order, and she started rambling about how she just makes what is on the receipt. This is a joint franchise and corporate problem, but that does not excuse the lady’s disrespectful and rude behavior. Avoid at all costs, there are better subways out there.
Got undercooked cookies and many wrong items. Service is not that good and meat doesn’t taste fresh. Too salty.
Went in for a deal of the day, was charged $2 extra for no reason. She charged me before she even made my sandwich then she forgot to add onions and cucumbers. Made me a cold and dry sub. Horrible experience and waste of money
The Older lady wt the cashier was rude, very poor service and pathetic food. Put the fresh bread on the side and used old bread. Ingredients all tasted and looked old
When I walked in, there was no one in the front. I had to call for someone. So I asked for a drink, and the machine was not working. I asked for a cup, and there is none. This was the worst subway I have ever visited. This location is Valley Stream Long Island.
Terrible location. The food here being served has likely gone bad, the color the taste and all ingredients are days old. The staff is rude and can barely function enough to make a sandwich. Management is no where to be found on the premises. Also don’t wear head coverings to prevent hair from falling in the food.

My family and I love eating subway and it’s unfortunate that this is the closest one to me because over the past 3-4 years, the service has been horrendous. The employees always have attitudes and make snarky comments if you correct them. Today the employee was talking bad about me to her coworker in Punjabi and made a few remarks about how I was ordering and was literally judging my order (she clearly didn’t know I understood what she was saying). Finally at the end after the 3rd or 4th remark, I responded in Punjabi. She didn’t apologize or anything- just continued with her nasty attitude. Won’t be back.
