I am completely disgusted, I ordered the potatoes and my potatoes were literally black on the inside. I had mold on my tortilla ! I don’t know what pests or other issues this place has but please don’t come here. Most likely going to get checked out and I’m sure this place has roaches and a bunch of rats ! 🤢🤢

Ordered through the Taco Bell app for pick up at 11 pm. The establishment says open till 4 am. When we arrived to pick up the order on 11/16/24 the place was closed, the staff was inside with the lights off sitting on the tables. We were unable to get our order and the drive thru system was also turned off. If you can avoid this Taco Bell do so, we ended up driving to the one in Westbury instead.

Orders are wrong more than they’re right. I’ve been charged many times for extra sauces that aren’t put on the food. Otherwise, the food is good when it’s made right and hits the spot.
Oh, and beware of their app— believe it or not, it was cheaper to order on GrubHub than their app. The app charged me twice for one order I placed on the app. But, support was easy to contact and I was refunded.

Taco Bell is addicting. I don't know what they put in it, but when I start eating it, I can't get enough. The service is slow, and they forgot to put sour cream on my pizza even though I had mentioned it several times. The floor and tables were sticky at this particular Taco Bell, not just this time.
Very rude staff they would even notice you found hairs in my toco very old building dirty Walls lot of loud teenagers who go there place is not very friendly etc.
The second time they did it to me I do not eat chicken and they gave me chicken. I asked for a cheese quesadilla. They do not listen over here. I want my money back and I will dispute it.
