First off, staff was great. The were timely, respectfully, young man behind the counter for the order perfect. 1 belle grande 1 beed taco, 1 chkn chalupa... I've been going to this taco bell for over 25 years... my mom used to bring me here as a kid, ate her with my wife many of times as of 12/30/23.... Whatever they just gave me... was not beef or chicken, that had to be the most disgusted tasting want to be fake meat I have ever tasted in any Taco Bell all throughout history, I thought it was in my head... I could even finish more then 3 bites of each item, this one be that new lab meat they are coming out with, or mRNA vaccinated dna altered meat, that was absolutely atrocious, by far the most disgusting taco bell I have ever ate in my life hands down, I actually feel so disgusted I wish I could go home and throw up what up what I did eat, I've easily enjoy TB in the past weekly, monthly for years, never an issue... but that,,,, i dn wth, that was but that was 100 percent fake or altered that was NOT real chicken or beef. Sad to say my favorite goto of all time fast foods is dead, ughh I literally couldn't even stomach finishing one item. To the owners of taco bell... I don't where your getting your meat from or what your doing to eat but customers and clearly tell, and not it's not only disgusting is ruined, don't take my work for it!... go there and try it, #labmeat Horrendous

The ingredients in some of the food is spoiled, white lady who works doesn’t know how to make certain items and gets the ingredients wrong, they don’t put hardly any sauce on the Mexican pizza and always forget items

*Edit* I do believe now that this and most taco bells are skimpy with the portions on specific items especially the "grilled cheese" steak burrito I just ordered. You know what you're getting for that convenience and price.You might be better off just going to a Moe's or Chipotle at this point. Comparable prices. Bigger portions, better quality for not an outrageous difference.

I ordered from them on Uber and the did not have my Oder ready when the driver got there they were waiting and I was waiting for a long time!
EVERY SINGLE TIME there is food missing from the order. How bad do you have to be at your job to accomplish this. I ordered chips and cheese and they forget the CHEESE!!! It's insane the lack of attention and level of stupidity required to do that. Never again.

I went to Taco Bell and ordered on the kiosk. After I completed my order for 2 cravings boxes, the kiosk froze, and I had to go to the manager and show her my bank account. That I was charged, but my order never went through. Then proceeded to get the wrong order as well as the soda machine is broken and the whole dining area is disgusting. I understand about cleaning up after people is hard, but you chose to get paid for work so do your job.

Salvatore was super helpful alerting the team of my food allergies. Super kind ,and accommodating . He truly provided outstanding customer service and the team as amazing. Great manager. 10:07 pm. They Changed gloves everything is fresh I'm so happy ?.
