excellent gluten free fried chicken poutine as well great service
We did a pick up order and ordered on line. Overall, it was a good place to grab a quick bite to eat in between jobs for lunch. I'll give it another try. I purchased the grilled chicken wrap and it was delicious and filling. My daughter ate the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were super thin and dry but she didn't mind them.
Fantastic, fresh, and great service. Skip the chains and go here.
My first time ordering. I have an intolerance to gluten. This sub was so good! Definitely ordering more from Angry Squirrel, the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and explained all gluten free menu items.
Nice, crispy fried chicken and fries!
First time here and won't be the last . My grandson and I got wraps and fries. My grandson likes hot and the owner let him try some samples first and a good thing he backed down a couple heat levels after trying them. lol It was great talking with the owner which also is the cook. We loved the fresh cut Fry's also.
My son and I stopped in here after he had his audition at Fredonia. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the local area and their product, and most importantly, the food was delicious. I had the murder squirrel poutine, and my son went with the Cajun. It was not the normal run of the mill poutine, but a wonderful twist on a classic. The fried chicken and sauce on the fries was absolutely amazing! If my son decides to go to Fredonia, we will definitely be eating here regularly!
Awesome food, awesome staff!! Andrew is the best and always goes out of his way to be personable and considerate. Rad place, rad dude!!!!
Definitely a must try spot. Came up on my google search while driving through. Super friendly staff, cute little area to eat, and the food… hands down 10 out of 10. We got the honey garlic chicken on sub rolls. Best thing I’ve had in awhile! Will stop in again next time we are in the area!
The food was amazing and fresh and prepared quickly he was very friendly and willing to answer all questions about dietary restrictions

Oh. My. Goodness. When I tell you that you need to go here you absolutely do. My family and I were traveling to go see Taylor Swift, and on our way there we stopped at Angry Squirrel. I am vegan and my little sister has celiac disease which basically means that even if any gluten touches her food she can and will get violently sick. We went in there not expecting much, it looked like an average restaurant at first and we only picked it because the name sounded funny. My family and I went in and I asked if I could get just a salad. Andrew said that he normally doesn’t do stuff like that but whatever works. When he was asking if I wanted any toppings on my salad he asked if I wanted cheese. I told him that I was vegan and he offered me a dressing that they technically didn’t even have on the menu. They were having an event the next day and he offered me that one because it was the only vegan dressing they had. My mom and dad don’t have any restrictions. My mom got the Thanksgiving Poutine, and my dad asked Andrew what he thought was best. Andrew proceeded to ask him how hungry is was and how spicy he likes is food. My dad said “medium hungry and medium spice”. He got a wrap with habanero sauce. We were having a hard time deciding what my sister can get and then he said that everything on the menu but the tortilla for the wrap and one other thing I forgot were gluten free. Literally the only things that had gluten in the entire restaurant was the tortilla and the other thing. We waited for around 10 minutes for our food to come which was great!! She ended up deciding on a poutine as well. My mom tried her poutine and loved it and my dad thought that his wrap was delicious. My sister also liked her poutine a lot. When I went up to the counter to get my food he told me that he also made some fried cauliflower for me. He put it in a separate bag because the oil was the same oil that is used to fry the chicken. I’m not too picky so I ate it and oh myyyy. It was so so so so good. I made my mom and my dad try it and they understood why I liked it so much. I did the same thing with the dressing and they had the same reaction. While we were eating we also sparked up quite a few conversations with Andrew. Some being where we were going and others being 90’s music. When we were finished eating I used the restroom,, then my sister, then my mom. During this time when my mom was using the restroom Andrew asked if I would like to know how to make the dressing, and of course I said yes! There wasn’t any paper so her gave me a menu/poster kind of thing and a pen to write with. He proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes explaining in depth how to make the dressing. He even said that if I had any questions on it I could reach out on Facebook. Both Andrew and my family and I could not stop saying thank you. It was truly one of the best if not the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. And it’s not like he was trying to get us to come there more by giving us things, he knew we were traveling and wouldn’t come back and he still treated us with the utmost respect. As I was walking out I even began to tear up a little bit, it’s very rare that people take dietary restrictions and certain diets into consideration so I am more than happy that he did. He said that “If people are going to put in the effort to come to my restaurant then I will try my best to get them what they want.” I feel like that isn’t as common anymore with most restaurants and we truly couldn’t be more appreciative than we are now. Thank you so so much Andrew, you made everything so much better. ❤️
Andy does an amazing job of providing high-quality product at reasonable prices. We don’t eat out a lot, but when we do, we head to Angry Squirrel!
First time here and will most definitely not be our last. Owner is super chill , great conversation about hot sauces and even got to sample some before ordering. Food did not disappoint, poutine was fabulous. 4 people in our party , 4 different orders, 4 very satisfied and very full customers. This place easily my favorite restaurant in a long time. GREAT JOB from the moment we walked in, until we left. See you soon my new freind the Angry Squirrel 🎉💪👍🥰
I've been eating here since they opened.Andrew makes great food
What a sorry excuse for chicken. What is wrong with the local food scene and the people that actually give high reviews for garbage food?? I ordered the chicken basket. Thin limp 5 piece of chicken, not moist, not crispy on the outside, just pathetic. Arby's is better and that's sad. The fries that come with it were disgustingly over salted. I also ordered a chicken sub. Waaayyyy too much mayo, just a sloppy disaster of a sandwich. Never again. And please people, stop settling for crap like this in our area. It's depressing
