July 2025 It was clean, no other customers there while we dined.
Service was quick and friendly, but the inside was dirty. We found a pair of glasses on a table which goes to show they haven't been cleaning. Update: tried again, was much cleaner, though still a couple of tables not taken care of. One employee did enter the female restroom to clean it while we were there.

The first 3 times I went there since I have arrived in Fredonia. We're great and the fries were amazing, but I've been there 7 or 8 more times since, and I've tried to give it lots of chances, especially at different times of the day, but the quality has gone extremely downhill. I got fries yesterday that were soaked in grease or they were re deep fried.However, you want to say it. I don't know how considering they're kept under a heat lamp, but the roast beef was cold. Now mind you, I got the sandwich brought it out to my car, drove across the street to Walmart to go to pick up something. But I ate my sandwich before I went inside Walmart and I couldn't believe how cold the sandwich had gotten. And I don't mean it was ice cold, but I mean, it wasn't even lukewarm
$20 for 4 sandwiches but it's Arby's. They forgot my sauce tho

Long drive-thru wait, but always freshly made, especially the potato cakes! It seems I never get the correct packets tho, which is odd. Perhaps, they cannot hear with their headphones on. Wish they would give the drink tho while you wait on the food, it would make the long wait better, especially if you are asked to move up!
Parking: The parking is on the right side only a you drive in, but if cars are asked to move out of drive thru two wait on order, it becomes tight.
